TRAPAHOLIC [CHECK #5] - BIG SNAPPER in The.. WINTER!? 🐢 **Belisle 330 Turtle Catch**

What's going on UA-cam?!?! I went out to pull a few beaver/otter traps, and ended up getting a big prehistoric surprise!!! A huge "common snapping turtle" was the last thing I expected to be in one of my traps in January. We got a random warm 77 degree day, and I had the turtle in a conibear the following morning. I'm guessing the warmer weather confused em and had em on the move. I actually had turtle traps in this same location over the summer, and didn't catch any snappers. That's pretty crazy how that ended up working out!!! This is the largest snapping turtle I've caught thus far, and is most certainly a keeper. Stay tuned for more trap checks...
