The connection between Bronya and Welt is a mentorship, in Honkai Impact Welt is the previous Herrscher Of Reason before Bronya had the Gem Of Reason, since then Bronya trained with Welt to learn more about the HoR and it's abilities
And Welt Yang himself got that catchphrase from the original Herrscher of Reason, Welt Joyce.
According to Siegfried's fanboy moments in the 2nd Eruption manga the line was also referenced by the protagonist of Arahato, the ninja mech anime Welt produces.

And this line actually goes back a bit further to Welt's predecessor - "Tyrant of the false heavens, witness the shattering of stars." So this line was passed from Welt's predecessor to Welt to his successor Bronya and they all use some variation of this line.

@@fefega I think it might be less to do with being the Herrscher of Reason specifically and moreso to do with the Star of Eden having been passed down among them
@@fefega herschers of reason power is able to create anything human can and possibly created , what it mean is that as long hor have the theorem they can create anything . i mean in the end a shattered star is basically just a bigger bomb.
@@fefega more realistically, Reason can mimic anything as long as they understand how it works, and the reason why its usually manmade objects they recreate is because its easier to understand. Welt has imaginary shields and also had an opportunity to traverse and influence the 4th dimensional plane once, which is not very man-made structures, but they are how human understanding could conceptualize and realize these physical laws, which means he can recreate how they work, in a way.
Welt Yang inherited that line from Welt Joyce, and it was passed down to Bronya. You could say this is the line passed down the generations of HoR.
Joyce is mr Yang. See his 5* lightcones description under its special effects

Welt's JP version is similar "Miru" literally means "See" but can also mean "Witness"
The tone though, makes it very different, while Bronya seems to be asking because she's about to show it to them, Welt's can be interpreted as "You may witness"

Welt's ult always felt the strongest to me in the game. I don't mean gameplay-wise as in the damage done and stuff ofc, I mean the chill and the sense of power you feel, especially when you use normal speed and hear the full lines like here.
Just if you haven't played Honkai Impact, Welt came to the universe of Honkai Star Rail to protect Himeko from suffering the same fate she did in Honkai Impact. Also Welt Yang is not even close to being at his full potential as he was before he came to Honkai Star Rail but even so his power is more than enough to overpower any Aeon he comes against. And in Honkai Impact Welt was the 2nd strongest being. His lore is really amazing
@@euthanised4124 Yeah I know snippets from wiki etc. but I really want to learn more about 3rd impact lore without having to play the game. There are full walkthroughs but they are too long and then there are cutscenes but alone they don't make much sense. I really like to know about Kiana, Mei and Welt in particular.
@@ookami-chan3328 then read the manga. Honkai Impact 3rd does have it's own manga. Of course the story is quite long but it won't matter since the story will get you so hooked that you will wish that there was more to read.

While the main story is different they all take place in the same multiverse that is why there is more than 1 bronya, You can also read the alien space manga, it tolds the story of what make welt and va join the astral express, the main premise of what makes welt help the trailblazer is both to save hsr universe himeko and bring information regarding the danger of aeons back to earth.
He probably went there to prevent the sky people from entering the universe so Himeko doesn't face the same fate as Himeko in hi3
