If there's anyone that has no idea what this is, it's a game, the trailer shown in the video was confirmed to be game cutscenes (they even explained how they did it). The game will release in 2025 which is next year, and it's directed (I believe) by the same director of Uncharted 2.
Its not all cutscenes when cap is throwing his shield it definitely looks like a player is playing, like press “R2” to throw the shield is what that looked like to me
