I'm so sorry to the family friends & Co workers & cast mates on the loss of Lisa Brown God Bless you, I'm truly sorry! She was always full of light&sunshine!
Lisa Brown was the reason I started watching soaps at 12 years old. An amazing talent I loved her as Nola and Iva. Hard to believe she is gone. I’ve been watching old episodes of GL just to see her again. She will be missed. RIP Lisa, rest well.
Sondheim may overshadow her in our lives, and they are both very much mourned, but Lisa, Nola and Iva will live with us forever. Let's not forget. Bette Davis wrote a fan letter to her
I adored her on Guiding Light. She made my day watching her as Nola. My favorite were when she fantasized about movies. I love watching Bette Davis movies because of her. Especially Now Voyager, that is my favorite movie.
Thank you for this. I adored Lisa on Guiding Light. The scene with Maeve Kincaid in their hilarious Scarlet Ohara Cat fight. 😂😂😂. Saw an interview a few weeks with Maeve and Martha Byrne who spoke of her time working with her on As the World Turns. It was very emotional.
I remember when a lot of stars got their feet wet in Soap Operas. When Lisa first debuted as Nola on GL, she was "meh", but then she figured it all out inside of a week, and made the rest of the cast seem like "meh." Whenever Nola or Iva were on screen, I was riveted to it. Favorite scene? Nola and Vanessa going at it on GL, and ripping their costumes to shreds.
So sad watching this but happy because she is so amazing ! RIP Lisa Brown you are amazing and will be missed ❤️❤️❤️❤️

WOW! I never knew Lisa Brown could sing like that. Now I wish "Guiding Light" had let Nola sing!

REST IN PEACE LISA BROWN YOUR TALENT WAS AN AMAZING GEM!🤗
💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
Lisa Brown was an amazing actress. She could do it all, acting, singing, dance and comedy.

And when she and Vanessa both dressed as Scarlett O'Hara. Also when she rode to her wedding on the fire engine.
That Kelly confronts Nola about her pregnancy was classic.
Lisa B. makes me 😊
😊 Lisa Brown was an amazing actress 👏 on Guiding Light and As the world turns
What a Legend Lisa Brown was. Fantastic on Guiding Light. And so talented on Broadway. She was a star!
Really enjoyed this. I was a big fan of Lisa's soap work but it's great to see her in this element. Thanks.
RIP Lisa.
Lisa really is a quadruple threat. She acts, sings, dances and even does comedy, not unlike Lucille Ball.
I loved her. May she RIP.
she also wrote, and directed

I had no idea she could sing and dance like this! WOW!
I'm still in shock. Does anyone know the cause of death? 😔😔
According to her son Buddy Nielsen on his Facebook page, it was cancer and happened rather fast.

Ok, now I am mad at As the World Turns because Lisa never sang on there, but that other lady did.
Yes, Lyla the nurse (Anne Sward).
