- Join us for the preview launch of “The Shaman’s Cave”, a weekly on line broadcast with Sandra Ingerman and Renee Baribeau
We feel the time is now to share strong ceremonial work and shamanic practices in our local communities. Shamanism is a practice that was tribal. All community members needed to be strong and filled with power so that the entire community benefited. Each person had an important role in sharing their individual gifts and talents so the entire community remained in harmony and in health.
At the same time there is something special about coming together as a global community with an intention and focus so that together we can join in oneness, unity, and love to help transform the destructive energies on the planet.
Dearest Sandra and Renee. Thank you so much for your light cave. Love and light to you and to the world from Sweden.

I got goosebumps soon as you started talking about the wind, I was out the other day, gone for a walk the wind was blowing so hard and I knew I wa there and it was there to wash me clean to go through all my cells and I don’t even know how to describe it but I took a wind bath and it was Amazing, and I felt totally cleansed and light afterwards

The visualization practice their journey or whatever you want to call it was really wonderful, I have been heading back to my inner child lately when I was a child I drew flowers all the time not flowers that I saw outside, flowers that I saw in my head, they were amazing flowers they were trippy flowers and flash forward 63 years I am feeling like painting flowers so I’m gonna do it but thanks for helping connecting me a little closer to her again(A true flower child LOL)💕🧚♀️🌺🦋🌈💜

Last night we had the loudest, most powerful & beautiful windstorm here. I felt so grateful & blessed to be experiencing it. I, too, LOVE the wind & always have! The winds came all the way to the earth in a way it doesn't often do, and the voices in the wind were so numerous & interesting! In a part of my personal tradition, winds of this nature are known as the Wild Hunt, and both big & little nature spirits ride on it. It felt to me like the ancestral & nature spirits coming closer to us then they have in a long time here, like several centuries at least. It felt really good & exciting! It's curious, I've disliked the wind for years - here in the northern UK, the wind is cold, cold, cold. I also see the destruction wind creates for many poorer peoples/communities in the world, where there is a lack of investment in protective infrastructure. Poorer people often get the thin end of the weather wedge, as it were. That said, for the past few years I have been able to sense voices at the edge of the wind, and an understanding that the wind is indeed imbued with Spirit and spirits waiting for us to hear them. I liken my own experience to just hearing the voices in the wind on the edge of my ordinary reality hearing. This is such an interesting discussion, Sandra and Renee, thank you - and I will be checking out the FB page. I have subscribed, too, yay!

We do NOT have good teachers here in ABQ, NM, lots of people who are NOT safe .
I trust my heart and intuition, and spirit always brings the right teachers-teachings
Look on Sandra's site where there is a listing of teachers she recommends - there are several in NM, ABQ & Santa Fe. From personal experience I know a couple of these teachers and can recommend Sandra's resources as I live in Santa Fe. Keep looking and as Renee states, use your intuition and listen to your Helping & Compassionate Spirits for Guidance.
