I did a chill speedrun just for fun not using the actuall timer and stuff but I had my game recorder time it. I got a time of around 30 minutes (I took forever on door 50) yet I died on door like 96 or 97 from rush cus I tried to get to the next wardrobe in time

In greenhouse, just rush through with vitamins holding a candle. Then you save a lot of time listening for rush and standing near closets
