The first one was superb!! I found the one she went with dark and dingy which whilst paint fixes that, it can't make a microscopic kitchen and miniature bathroom any bigger. And that's a bathroom without bath or shower! The bedrooms there were tiny too. The first was by Far more practical, more suitable for herself and the renters and with double the waterfront much more sought-after. It would be lovely to see what she did with the tiny roomed monstrosity that she went with 😊
I loved the first one! She didn’t take into account all of the extras that came with that property. An actual house, Big bunker, An extra large workshop with electric, a shed, double lot and the golf cart was included. The Crystal Lake property needs to be torn down and rebuilt because it’s tiny with not even a basic bathroom.
In that last one, I would add a toilet and sink in the bunkie and have a usable bathroom in there. Then, as a shower in the main house (a bit of an addition to add the shower to the bathroom and more room to a bedroom?). Get the price down because of the bathroom problems maybe
I would have chosen the first one. The kitchen was bigger and an island would have made it better. The bathroom had a shower and the rooms were more sizeable than the third house. It also had a bigger bunkie, then added the workshop and golf cart plus a great waterfront end low price. By far the best. She could rent out the first cottage as it is now and start her renovations with the bunkie then eventually renovate the cottage.
I think the 1st property is a better investment. She can stay in the bunkie znd still rent out the cottage. The cottage is also much more spacious. It is not on a lake, but the river is nice.
Not loving that she brings her dogs into the homes. I liked the last cottage best. She needs to make it a one bedroom full bath cabin and add a full bathroom to bunkhouse.
That was a bizarre comment from the realtor he knew from the get-go that she was planning on remodeling and or fixing up whatever property she bought herself..
Why would you bring your dog? I wouldn't let anyone in my house with a dog. Edit....I have had dogs my entire life but would never take them into someone else's house unless it was okay.
It didn't to me 😊 He knows that she Really does have a great awareness of the work to do, and what it takes and costs. Many people don't have a Clue what the costs of renovation are. When she told him upon his knocking on the wall "That's not how you check for dry wall" I cheered! I'm delighted to see a female doing this and wish I'd been taught much more than very basic woodwork and metal work at school in the 1980s 😊
The first one hands down was the best band had the most potential to improve over time.

You can't help loving Rob, he's so much fun and very likable.

She and Rob had fantastic chemistry together. This was a fun episode.

The bunkie (whatever that means) could be cleared out and made into bedroom with a new bathroom . Could be beautiful 🤩🌺

Seemed like it was. That added workshop space was awesome too.
i would have totally gone with first one....it was absolutely awesome in every way
I can't agree more
I agree
This was a hilarious episode! 😂😂😂 well done
These two have great chemistry. They would be fantastic hosting a flipping show together.
You guys are actually cute together
Thank you for uploading.
You're welcome
I wish we could see how they address the problems later on.
I would like to see what Elaine does with this property.
You could clean out a lot of those weeds on the lake if the first property. We did it on ares before.
That is so bad for the lake and wild life. That is how you kill lakes in a long run

Yes, that is such a scream!

It worth it to pay for an inspector, strange ceilings.
I like them. I've seen them before.

Pretty obvious that he hadn't even checked these places out before taking his client 🙄
Thiese shows would be better if we see them in their new place. Sorta feels like a waste of my time.
That is not popcorn on the walls and ceiling! That is just called texture coat. Look up popcorn and see what it looks like. Yes it is ugly!
Why would you bring your dog? I wouldn't let anyone in my house with a dog.

Would he have spoken to a man the same way he's talking to her about I'm sure you're already calculating etc. it almost sounds a little condescending.
Lol, can’t you tell what he is?
That’s just the way they talk!

She likes to say his name in a rather aggressive manner.

Oh honey, you are so naive
