- The 1966 Dodge Charger ....Super Charged!....Debuted at the 2018 GoodGuy's PPG Nationals Street Machine of the year competition it drew a BIG crowd for sure....This 66 Charger has been in the same family since it was bought new by Grandma back in 1966.... As they say.....This ant Granny's Charger anymore....Custom from the front to the back... Some of it you will spot....Some of it you will have to know what your looking at to spot...The HEMI billboards on the back fenders refer to the all aluminum Supercharged 440 HEMI under the all custom hood....Behind the custom fascia...In the all custom Engine compartment...lol...Like I said this is all custom The all custom interior works well with this build....One has to be careful when they customize a iconic design like the fastback swoop of the 1966 Dodge Charger...From what I can tell....That's still the same...But the rest of this 1966 Dodge Charger from the 2018 GoodGuy's PPG Nationals is all custom....I'm sure this supercharged 400 HEMI 1966 Dodge Charger will drive MOPAR fans crazy..But the rest of us.. It will make smile...One other thing about this all custom 1966 Dodge Charger...The only time it was out of the families control during it's whole life?...Is while it was a stolen car...Recovered years after it was taken when someone tried to register it...lol....There is a lot to this 66 Dodge Charger...."Super Charged"...Built to drive... Cool to see for sure...Great history ... Way cool for sure...Check it out!!!

God I hate when someone takes an all original car and ruins it by restomodding it into just another modern day car,
loses the soul it had, and anyone can take an old care and put new car parts on it, but original cars are getting fewer
and fewer, most of the mopars were made in low numbers compared to Ford and GM. Oh well, not that it's not a nice
car, but I'm sure the challenger the grill came from was too. It might as well be titled as a 2018 rather than a 66.

Awesome build nicely done that motor looks mean. The owners were very lucky to recover this car after it was stolen that don't happen very often.

Never liked this style but u made me change my mind.. beautiful
I loved the Color..I know the feeling that many classic lover fans don't want to disturb originality but this project just got more practical. Super loved the rims, it's suiting to the car...billboard is super badazz giving a tail a Hotwheels look...wow it's air suspension. I am American classic beauties lover but never able to like their dashes and interior except stang mach1 and 65 corvette(I am a big lover of split dash design).
Overall not all classic in custom makeover look good but this one nailed it ..""Man that's one mean HOTWHEELS!!!

I like everything else in this badass, customized '66 Charger. However, when he said they added a 2010 Challenger grill into the car's modification, I got really disappointed.
Sorry...But it's custom...built the owners demands....and no two people want the exact same thing....

Great! Mopars must have a Hemi (a wise man said; "a 440 is bus motor. Put a Hemi in it."). If it's a stick, it needs the pistol grip shifter. The early 70's style graphics fit this car perfectly! Great build.

Hold on, an aluminum 440 HEMI? HOW? Also, the crown jewel of that car was the gages, and the tailight lense. yall probably would have been better leaving that be. The rest is amazing. I mean, it's all well done, just saying.

Once you start to customize,the car is worth crap,I own a 66 charger and she is all original!!!,with a 361 engine,all matching numbers!with the original certification card,and owners manual that came with the car. Leave these cars original!!!!!!there are not many left,there beautiful lines speak for themselves,they dont need mag wheels,or any other garbage added to them,long live the 66 and 67 chargers!!!!!

Though i hate restomod and protouring cars out of those times classic cars but i wouldn't say to this one...it's grogeous except the front headlight section is absurd.. but i didn't understand one thing did he flushed metal and put plastic as car body?? If that so then ""Car is Plagued by plastic"".

@@ScottieDTV Oh you may laugh mate, but the truly disgusting thing about this, is the fact that the car has been in the same family since new, Granny had, didn't modify it, dad had it, didn't modify it, son gets it and ruins the thing by modifying everything to the point it will NEVER be original again. Once this so called restomod has lost its luster and starts getting ordinary, that's the end of the line for this car. The current owner disrespected the car and its previous and future owners. RUINED IT!.

To be honest id take that monster over any ford or chevy. That fast back design is amazing the things that make this car ugly is the challenger front end when he should of kept the hideaway lights and the stupid big automatic shifter and maybe he should of put some dog dish rims on it with white lettering drag radials also that steering wheel should go maybe put in a 71 charger steering wheel.
