    The prone reverse fly is a great way to start strengthening your upper back muscles (specifically the rhomboids / traps) after an injury, or when working on fixing chronic compensations.
    This exercise is not meant to be done in an acute stage of injury - talk to your therapist before starting an exercise rehab program.
    Exercises should never cause pain during or after.
