Einhander(PS1) - Secret Weapon Locations

Secret Weapon Locations , usually requiring S.bonuses but some don't.
It's nice to know some of these but not really required to finish the game, if you really want to go for a score run.

@@JuN0 yeah $485 on Amazon brand new rare. I had a copy and threw it away when I was a kid. Owell at least I know how the game ended.

@@JuN0 yeah pretty sure it’s sealed, an unopened brand new disc. Wish I had $500 to throw at it but it’s just not worth it. One of the best games of all time though for sure. Only those who fought and died in the war know the name... Einhander.

I've had the soundtrack to this for years, only recently fired it up and pffffuaaaah. Had no idea what I was getting into and I'm not sure Square was aware of how insanely good a non-rpg game they made. Hard as hell though, I won't lie, I'm making full use of quick save states on the emulator because I'm too old to be bothered with its roguelike mechanics :D Anyhow, thanks for this video, and I'm so glad this game still has a following.

The flash is such a strong weapon that when I had it auto equipped, the end boss would be destroyed in the matter of a minute

I've got a Bluetooth controller with a phone mount and ePSXe on my phone (tuned for maximum performance in graphics and framerate) with all the roms of my favorite childhood games, along with ones I wanted but couldn't get as a child, downloaded to my phone. My top 5 most-played games are Armored Core (all three of the originals), Spyro, Future Cop LAPD, Steel Reign, and last but definitely not least, Einhander. I make it a point to play all of these games at least once a year all the way through, but I probably play Einhander more than the others. I've beat the game with 100% completion multiple times on the hardest difficulty when I was younger but about three years ago I had a tablesaw accident involving my left thumb (pinky and ring finger too, all three fingers had severed tendons, nerves and main blood vessels) so my sweaty Einhander master days are behind me, but I still enjoy playing it, on lower difficulties anyways lol. And the OST is friggin amazing, it was way ahead of it's time. It's one of the best PS1 games out there IMO...

Errata in the display: getting S.Bonus 1 & 2 in Stage 1 is not required, but the Riot you get for getting S.Bonus 1 allows for an easier time getting S.Bonus 3 which gets you into Ruins + Alternate Boss for the Juno attempt.
For Stage 5 midboss & second Flash, it is any five knockdowns. Getting the arm and leg parts is easier.
Obtaining any of the secret weapons in your playthrough registers it as a potential equip for the loadouts in future games. Worth trying for the Python -- while it is a little erratic to use, the Python is easily the most damaging weapon in the game if used correctly, with Riot close behind.
