Been in the screen printing for a number of years, and started the embroidery 'gig' about a month ago... I'm hooked, no pun intended, but these videos are very helpful, thanks for posting

I'm having a problem adjusting some of the upper needle tensions of my machine. The Bobbin tension has been set correctly following your tension instructions and I've wound all the upper tensioners to level to each other. Many of the H tests are good, but a few upper tensioners will not work no matter how much I try to adjust them. These particular needles keep breaking threads and even when i use a thread tension tool. The tensions are too loose no matter how much i tighten the upper tensioners. Is there any way to fix these tension assemblies so they can come into uniformity with the other tensioners ?

So... what do you do if the picker keeps sticking and the machine is oiled correctly and everything else is correct? No matter what adjustments I'm making or trying it still sticks. Thank you!
a lot of the times you can un bend it, so it doesn't get stuck. if it doesn't work then you might have to replace the picker
