Sir why u use after effects 2020 instead of newer versions like 2023 or 2024?? 2020 is better or more stable compare to latest versions?

I used 2023 after effects in my videos 5 months ago. But since my computer is old, versions above 2020 are very difficult to run, so I am running 2020 version. I will use the latest version when I get a new PC.
