Austrias pumped-storage tech slays.
I really like these small units that can be put in any running water.
Indeed, small-scale hydroelectric units designed for use in running water, like streams or rivers, can be a valuable source of clean energy for localized applications.
*There is already a army of people fighting it for the most ridiculous reasons like "Fish Electrocutions". You just can't win in a world full of Professional Complainers who love sitting on there ass Complaining. What they really want is 'Money' to stop their complaining. Just another type of corruption dressed up as ADVOCATES.*
You can actually make your own to run in a small creek on your property using a motor from one of your large home appliances. Of course, if it's a creek where fish live, it gets too complicated for many people.
Wave Star Machines sea rhythm, cool!
Thank you video brilliant compliment
😅
Wow, so many great ideas! Other than pumped hydro, they are all seem good to me!
Thanks for your feedback!
"pumped" hydro is the best way to store excess power from other sources (wind/solar).
Hydro is future!
The world is amazing
Interesting report
Wow, I had no idea about these renewable energy innovations! So cool to see how technology is advancing to help our planet.
It's amazing to witness the progress in renewable energy technology!
Each bridge that spans rivers and tidal estuaries can be used to generate green energy in hydro turbines at the foundations at the front and rear of the seabed supports.
Exacto ,a una columna se le aplica un brazo con un flotador y esté, lo mas bajo ,o en lo mas alto ,se mantendrá a nivel de agua y producirá engergia
Teşekkürler
Excellent invention.
Always inspiring to see progress! 🔍🌟🛠️
Faudrait d'abord mesurer si c'est plus efficace.

Pumped hydro is an amazing way of storing renewable energy and releasing it when needed, but it has to be built in natural depressions in the geography. The amount of CO2 emitted to build reservoirs of Taum Sauk out of concrete means that won't be green for decades, if ever, considering ongoing repairs needed etc.
Pumped Hydro Storage is effective for storing large amounts of energy and has a long lifespan. However, it requires specific geographical features and its construction can be carbon-intensive. A holistic environmental assessment is vital for each project.
How do you think they mine, smelt, transport, and produce all this stuff? There are no solar powered ships, mines, etc, and solar, wind, or any of these technologies are far from "green." Take a look around you inside or out and everything you see is either made from oil/gas/coal or it requires them to be produced and transported. The only "green" way to live is a 100% hunter/gatherer lifestyle.
@@baneverything5580 Until you fart.
@@baneverything5580 That's unfortunate, seeing how oil, gas and coal are limited resources which are already starting to run out. So I guess you'd better brush up on your hunting and plant recognition skills rather than post on UA-cam, if that is what you truly believe.

In the future I hope YT videos will be narrated by an old technology - the human voice . Sick of robot voices.
Either way the AI is impressive... by the way in the new videos we are using a better AI model to voice our videos. Check it out and tell us if you like it. For example in this video: ua-cam.com/video/d59epi4UCtE/v-deo.html
@@LALSHOW yes the swamp narration is impressive . There seems to have been a paradigm shift recently with a very palpable increase in quality . It's here to stay , that is certain .
@@LALSHOW just get a human to speak, I gave up on the video because of the ai voice - simple.

Im amazed at how much I learned in just a few minutes.
👍
I can't wait until this video is 10 years old, and nothing has changed.
Nothing has changed already.
These products are working now, in Germany there are areas where the government has loads of these smaller systems.
Fire hasn't changed in 100s of thousands of years. We still use it.

Very Nice!
🤗
A great deal of information is presented, along with excellent photos and diagrams. This involves technical skill----but if this is possible, it should also be possible to tweak the narration, so that the pronunciation and the syllable stress would be correct.
🤔👍
Compactors compress and solidify, ensuring stable foundations for buildings and roads.

So much innovation
Whats the cost to benefit ratio of each of these products? The description of the video has no websites for each of the organisations involved for their output data or benefits.
Exactly there is no organisations the machine belongs to an investor who is probable single profiting from the energy produced.

Excellent information, well written, visual presentations are excellent and strongly related. Your automated voice over, another robot, needs a lot of work. Next time, get a real person that can speak an English narration with interest.
Thank you for your feedback! I appreciate your compliments on the information and visual presentations. While automated voices are used for efficiency, I understand that a human narration can often provide a more engaging and natural experience.
@@LALSHOW .. so why not have a human narrator ? costs very little to have someone talk for ten minutes
Perhaps proofreading the scripts better also. Maybe it's just me , but "Gents" & "Gentlemen" are jumping out at me. Pretty sure there are some women that will be interested in this vid also.
Hydro and nature...Good for fishes and fan blades...
Absolutely! Harnessing nature's power while preserving its beauty. 🌊🐟🌿
Im all for green energy
That's fantastic! Green energy is a step towards a more sustainable world. 🌱
The "turbulent turbine" makes a pretty swirl, but both turbulence and friction are energy sinks -- and this design has lots of both.
Turbulence turns energy into heat via unproductive eddy currents -- that energy is unavailable to the turbine.
The water at 1:00 has more interactions with the containing walls than necessary. And it is doing so at high speed, which makes more friction.
I am skeptical that pre-swirl going into a turbine is a good thing for efficiency.
We have necissary materiel to create green energy .we need only reflexion . Another green energy source , is chemical elements reactions .
@@user-pl5xn4fs9n Congratulations, you neither engaged nor rebutted anything that was said in my comment.
Pretty sure they researched and tested variables; otherwise, it would never have gone into production. Note that said generator was developed and built in Western Europe and not somewhere else where they often don't do enough research and testing before digging in nature.
Just look at the Tom Sauk installation; the amount of concrete to build that has caused so much CO2 emissions, it's highly unlikely it will ever be carbon neutral.
@@lebotnov66Geography does not necessarily bestow credibility. The Ecat by Andrea Rossi is a product of Western Europe. He has done testing and demonstrations, but there are skeptics.
I don't understand how the Taum Sauk Hydroelectric Power Station is relevant to discussion of the vortex technology.
Hi! Can you make a video about production of electricity for sample house? Thanks
💡🌿🔄
I've been to Taum Sauk, and although it's a good pumped hydro design, they omitted all the damage it caused when it overtopped due to negligence, and the resulting flood destroyed a lot of nearby environment.
🤔
They all look good ,One minor question Winter Freeze!!!
🤔
Use radiant heating like radiant flooring or radiant driveways, just put the system in the concrete walls
Canada knows how to harness power.

Go hydro. You can find energy everywhere, the trick is harnessing it and getting it to where you need it.
🤔👍
Tbh, Ive heard mixed reviews about hydro impacts. Need more info.
hydro has its pros and cons. Research and informed decisions are key. 🌊
How do these techs fare during droughts?
During droughts, hydro-based techs can face reduced efficiency or even shutdowns due to low water levels. Adaptation and diversification of energy sources are crucial. 💧
With so many alternatives available, these videos, while Enjoyable and Educational, demonstrate POC after POC the "green energy" isn't about energy at all, its all about control and profit.
Your perspective highlights a common concern among critics of the "green energy" movement. While renewable energy sources offer environmental benefits, the ways they're implemented, monetized, and controlled can sometimes seem misaligned with the broader goals of sustainability and community well-being. As with many industries, it's crucial to strike a balance between profit, ethical business practices, and genuine environmental benefits. Critical dialogues around these topics are essential for ensuring that green initiatives are genuinely beneficial for society.
What is the OP moaning about?
Whether you generate power from burning fossils or farming gravity there is always a political aspect.
But if you don't burn fossils when you generate then at least we have lower CO2 to deal with.
good video

Youve earned a loyal viewer in me.

4:41 It's not actually a power plant, it's a battery that stores power in the form of potential energy.
I can't think any reason why it's the shape it is. Round is better.
Potential storages are good for two things, storing of water, to be released over time and storing power.
I imagine storages at much greater height differences, which also increases storage capacity.
The tensile strength with a round shape is the best way to keep the shape intact, besides
building the lower reservoir in the ground, receiving sideways support from rock.
Also, filtered rain water can be added into the higher reservoir at a lower cost than pumping from the
lower reservoir.
You've provided some valuable insights into potential energy storage systems. Indeed, round shapes can often distribute pressure and tension more evenly, making them a practical choice for structures like energy storage facilities. Additionally, utilizing natural features like the ground and rock formations for support can enhance stability and efficiency. Moreover, the idea of integrating rainwater collection into the system showcases an innovative approach to sustainability. It's fascinating to consider how these technologies can continue to evolve for more effective energy solutions.
merci pour la traduction en francais 😉
👍
Great!!! Another Perpetuum mobile.
Where are the numbers? How much material like steel, copper, concrete, etc, per kW? Or does it produce more energy, than the water (kinetic/potential) contains?
3:58 This is not the powerhouse, this is the spillway. Just wasted water / power.
Britain's rivers could use modern technology to generate electricity that would not require wind or sunshine to keep working.
Anyone else gettin hyped for a more sustainable future?
Sustainability is the way forward. 🌍🍃🙌 #GreenFuture
How much do these cost? 💰
Gotta admit, Im both impressed and a bit skeptical. Well see.
Healthy skepticism is always good! It's essential to research and verify before fully embracing new tech. Time will tell! 👍🤔

Put the rotar after a damn and double energy building
Placing a rotor (or turbine) after a dam can indeed harness the gravitational force of the falling water, converting it into electricity. It's the principle behind hydroelectric power. Combining different renewable energy methods can optimize energy generation. However, proper design, safety measures, and environmental considerations are essential.
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED INSTEAD OF NUCLEAR ENERGY no waste no radiation no meltdown disaster

The only thing it matters is whether it will bring in money/profit. If it doesn't then no matter how good the innovation is it won't survive.
True, profitability often drives innovation. But it's also important to consider long-term sustainability and societal impact. Balancing both is the key.
