Yeah , when we went to court they didn't provide any evidence I said anything and told the judge I offended several employees but refused to give exampls. In the end I got 4500$ cause I was able to prove discrimination based on retaliation cause 2 weeks prior I reported the company to the Ohio License Board for hiring felons.

Frederick Nunez It all worked out in the end I sued them and they settled out court and it payed my CDL school also I got unemployment while I went to school. I also had a lot of dirt on my supervisor and several coworkers they cleaned the site and fired everyone.

Yeah I've repeatedly asked what I said to offend someone and they refused to tell me. But after doing some research talking with some of my buddies it turned out I took a bunch of overtime from a couple of guys and they filed false report against me. But it all worked out because I found out 3 months after I got fired the people that filed the report against me were fired unknown reason.

And allied was no support suspended and would follow up after an initial investigation. They said it was a violation of company policy and I got hurt on the job. This company is so wrong. I was taken off a post I worked at for 4 years after AlliedUniversal took over. It was because the manager was narcissistic jerk who was trying to hurt me. I didn't show up to the office for a new post and they fired me. I got a new security guard job at another post and after 4 years, AlliedUniversal took over that post too. AlliedUniversal called me into the office and tried to claim I couldn't have the shift I was already on, but I told them that was all I could do. The manager let me stay on that shift. After 1 year I quit without giving them 2 weeks notice. The funny part ways they didn't want to hire me, but were forced to by the government center I worked at.

Security guard jobs could be a lot of fun, but every security guard job I've worked was a horrible work environment because of some stupid Baby Boomer manager and supervisor that harassed me. 50% of the time I'm watching my back because of my coworkers and 50% of the time I'm doing the bare minimum to keep my job. I've seen a handful of security guard supervisors arrested for things such as attempted murder on a cop, sex with under age girls, drug use, and grand theft. Allied fired around 20 people at my last post because of time clock fraud. I got sick of the work environment and quit. I always avoid Boomer manager now.

You cannot obtain a guard card if you are/were convicted of a felony. So, this means that Allied hired individuals without a guard card. That's illegal. I can see why you sued them.
This happend to me at a different company Securitas. They lied and accused me of sleeping while on the job. Mind you I was working swing shift so how could I be tired and sleeping while on my shift?
Yeah we had that issue and they put a security camera facing our work station lucky I wasn't there that long after they installed but a lot of security companies will look for any reason to fire you just to get someone else in there to pay less than what they were paying you

You could easily get unemployment benefits because the company will not want to disclose details of the investigation.
