For so many people growing up hard, and dealing with so much pain throughout their lives usually means keeping that inside. Locked up tight so we can press forward without dealing with it. You've opened a door for young men like me. I can't thank you enough for opening up and sharing your life with us. Its helped me really deal with my mental health.
