Tales of misfortunes keep it together you are a great singer-songwriter I'm 65 been playing and singing all my life and I love your voice you got it good dude keep on
Just in the process of getting my class 1 ,, gona be bringing your music with me from coast to coast,, keep on keeping on ,, true artists are still among us,, cheers
He’s not bad, definitely a generic sound here recently. Tbf, he’s a lot better than I am at singing and playing, but that voice seems to be changing, hopefully for the better.
@@that1guy899 which is exactly why I don't listen to the radio anymore. there has however been a resurgence of incredibly talented artists. you just have to look for them, we have Colter Wall, Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, Drayton Farley, Charles Wesley Godwin, Benjamin Tod who is or was, I don't know if he still is a member of the lost dog street band, there's nick shoulders, Colby Acuff, Oliver Anthony and many others. I believe we are at a turning point in the music industry where people are starting to get tired of the cut and paste, corporatized bullshit that we've been stuck with for the past one or two decades, that combined with the fact that its becoming easier and easier for this sort of artist to not only have a large platform to perform on, but make a living off of their music gives me hope that we will see actually talented artists take the mainstage in the near future.
It’s pathetic but honestly more people know good music then you think they just wanna fit in so they won’t talk about it they only talk about garbage radio hits and rap with horrible messages
Often imitated by some, but there is something about the Appalachian region that produces some amazing vocals which when you hear you can feel the authenticity!
When I was younger and playing music, I always had a song list taped to my guitar in that exact same place. I love this video. I'm old now. Go for it Colby. You are great.
I was listening to this mountain Brandy song and here comes Maddie my black cat... Stepped on my phone and hit the subscribe button.... I guess it's a sign I'm going to leave it alone.....💫
I like it TOO MUCH!!! Great music!! Sadly, they don't write 'em like that anymore!! Very familiar with 'GREEN, BALL - MASON' jars, too!! Aside from being great for drinking from, I used them every harvest season canning fruits, jams, jellies, vegetables, soups, stews & even meat! Those were the days!!!💜👍
I was as talkin to Joe from J.P. And the Irishgoodbyes today in Gruene Texas and he put me onto yall band! I’m sorry to hear about your mom. Rest in peace to her. Good luck brotha
So I listened to the whole song. If you choose this life, it will take you hard! But I'm pretty sure you can do this. Mountain Brandy. It will take you far!

First time hearing this guy I was shocked when I heard his pipes. Looks like yet another gem from the Appalachian region
If you like one, you’ll like them all. Most have the exact same sound.
😎🔥🎵👍🏼
Dudes alright idk that it's anything that's exceedingly impressive
He’s not bad, definitely a generic sound here recently. Tbf, he’s a lot better than I am at singing and playing, but that voice seems to be changing, hopefully for the better.
Definitely better than that red headed fatty with the “people like me” song
Wish top 40 radio would take notice and realize what real talent looks like. This is real talent.
Unfortunately for us, stuff like this (what we recognize as real talent) doesn't sell to the masses so we'll likely never hear it on the radio.
Thank you I could not have said it better
Pure talent

What, you don’t like Taylor Swift?! Bahahaha!
You're dripping with mountain soul son. Don't change.
it’s too bad most people can’t recognize musical talent.
everyone just wants to listen to music that makes them feel tough
It’s pathetic but honestly more people know good music then you think they just wanna fit in so they won’t talk about it they only talk about garbage radio hits and rap with horrible messages
Or maybe they just like different stuff to you? 🤔
Real talent here!!!!
"Boy, that was a miiiighty fine a-pickin' and a-singin'!" This is GOOD. This is what should be on country music radio.
God bless the UA-cam algorithm for letting me find this video
I agree, all the way from Sweden
Amen brother. Hee haw forever. ❤
This is better than the vevo version. More grit and feeling
That mountain brandy sure makes these Appalachian folks talented!❤
So sorry for the infringe on your privacy. Beautiful song. Hello
It's like a man made lubricant for their pipes.
Often imitated by some, but there is something about the Appalachian region that produces some amazing vocals which when you hear you can feel the authenticity!
It's the pollen 😂 halfway joking but actually not really joking.
They're half pollen, half albaman.
They all sound exactly the same. Not a fan
Except now everyone tries to sound like that snake in the grass Tyler Chidlers. Ehh
@@whiteyfisk9769 oh, is he a snake in the grass? What did he do? Interesting
This is why I really like country music. Some of the best singing coming from someone you’d never think would sound like that lol
What an absolutely phenomenal song! Glad to see the younger generation going back to true country music.
The song writing here at such a young age is incredible
Folks, this is what real talent looks like.
These Virginia guys are just on a different level. Love is guitar playing and singing.
Stay independent. Don’t let record labels alter your authenticity.
