- "Mama Loves You" has become a VERY popular Mother Son Song and especially a Mother Son Wedding Song! I'm so thrilled that it's gone viral so feel free to use it to make a reel or TikTok with images of your beloved child or children or even pets you love!
Showing our kids how much we love them is great on Mother's Day or any day of the year...
Since my children, now 13 and 15, entered the world, they became my world. I thought I knew what unconditional love was before I had kids, but after I watched those little humans grow in me and birth out of me, I finally discovered true love.
I've heard many beautiful songs dedicated to mothers and the important work we do, but I wanted to write a song from mother to child. Long after I'm gone, I hope this song reminds my children know that no matter the ups and downs that happen in life, my love for them is forever.
I wrote much of this record on my own but for this one, I knew I wanted to co-write with a fellow mama/songwriter and Katie Boeck.
Her son was just a toddler and she didn't have any childcare so my mom watched him while we did the songwriting session. Katie asked me what I wanted to write about and I said, "Get ready. We're gonna cry."
Sitting in my living room we talked, cried, shared our ups and downs in motherhood, and wrote this song with all the mama love in our hearts.
I'm releasing it for Mother's Day and I hope that mothers around the world might join me in sharing this song with their children for many years to come.

I miss my mom. She's still alive, but she is narcissistic and has decided to walk away from the whole family, and disown me. Her first born son. She used to not be so nasty. She once had a sweet side which made her have a glow with her. I tried to start on a clean slate, but she said we couldn't. I constantly fear for her safety. I see her smile when I close my eyes, and there's so many things that remind me of her. People say that i shouldn't think about her, but as a son I feel like it's my duty to protect her from anything. It really hurts knowing I can't. I've been praying for her for over 13 years, and every since then, I've been wondering the same thing. When will God answer this son's prayer? I turned 25 last December, and for the first time in my life, she didn't pass me birthday wishes. The 25th birthday is a momentous occasion, and though I felt lots of love coming into my heart, there was still a mom shaped hole in it.
I can't imagine your pain. Praying God will give a surrogate Mom worthy of you. Apparently, your biological Mom is very sick and not able to be who you need her to be.
@@marcyantolik298 . God has allowed me to reunite with my biological father, and I asked his wife Christine if I could call her mom after explaining what my heart needed, and she said yes without hesitation. I'm not replacing my birth mom, but adding motherly love back into my life.

This is a great and beautiful Mother and Son Dance Song!! There aren’t many out there to choose from and I just started to look for one for my youngest son’s wedding that is coming up in 11 months. Adding to my small list and will make my decision a bit later before I have to make final decision. It was even harder almost 12 years ago when I had to find and pick a Mother and Son Dance Song for my oldest son’s wedding! Jiminy crickets there just aren’t as many of a selection for us Mother’s. Lol Everyone thinks of the Bride’s dancing with their Father’s and seem to leave the other half out but come on folks, we know the Brides typically so care more about the whole wedding shabang more than the Grooms because they are looking forward to the more fun aspect of the Honeymoon! But from Mother of 2 boys/men, us Mother’s care and it’s just as special of a time and dance for us to dance with our son’s as it is for the Bride’s to dance with their Father’s. So yes, I’m just going to speak for the Mother’s and say we would not only like more Mother and Son Wedding Dance Songs but ones that are up to date, that are beautiful and that not only the Mothers would enjoy hearing and dancing to but so would our sons and the rest of the people attending the wedding. We also should be paid attention to during our dance like the Bride/Father dance. Lol why it seems so one sided I’m not sure but doesn’t seem as if it should be since you can’t have a wedding without the Groom too!!! Lol Oh, at my first son’s wedding even those Mother/Son dance songs were def sparse I chose a beautiful, slow and kind of obscure not well known song by the ever so talented Ms. Natalie Cole called I Wish You Love if anyone is looking for a soft, slow and timeless song to dance to with their son. Love the song. I just don’t want to do a repeat for my youngest son, as he should have his own song for us to dance to.
