He is getting married in 2 weeks, and this is the song he has chosen for our Mother/Son dance at his wedding...he says it fits us, as we are this family too, like so many other single moms out there. I raised him pretty much by myself from the time he was 6 months old, and now at 32 he is showing me, in his way,👩👦 that he understands, not only what we went through, but how we got to where we are today. I’m doing more better, my mental health is better, my mom and brother love her so much, my boyfriend loves her too, I turn 16 in March and it’s been such a wild 5 months of school, but everyone’s nice about it and not so mean, I’m grateful that my boyfriend helps with her, along with my mom and older brother. This was my little boy growing up. Single mother cause dad relapsed, had to leave our town. When he was 10 we got to move back cause dad was clean again. But I been single mom, had accident when he was 15 put me in a wheelchair. My little boy helped me. But I was a single parent still. He graduated 2020 and I got out of the Wheelchair. . He works from his home. Last August I had a Stroke. He came and moved in with me to take care of me. People tell me I raised him right. Yes, Sir I did. With the Lords help and a Mothers love. As a father who pays child support, I am happy to provide for the child I have created with his mother. It is not the child’s fault but the disagreement of the parents is what it’s starts with. Hi, Yes, little boys are special. I had 3 boys and I was a single Mother. I was closest to my youngest son and this song reminds me of him in every way. He even looks like the little boy in the video and he hated when I would cry. He always told me that he loved me everyday. Sadly he passed away a couple of months after his 30th birthday and his daughter's 5th birthday. I miss my baby boy everyday and I'd give anything to hold him once again. It's not a natural thing to bury your child and my heart and soul still aches 2 yrs. later. Being a single Mother is hard, but losing a child is harder. So hold your boys close and everyday tell them how much you love them. Children are beautiful gifts from God. Another great song is I'll always be your Mom. And now i have full custody and hia father's rights sign over to me and i got my own apartment now and make sure we have food , clean clothes and house clean and bills payed and I'm enjoying every moment of everything day with my son . I was 26 when i got my own apartment and im now 27 years old I'll be 28 years old in june and he has changed my life so much and is helping me and over come things i never thought i could do . My controlling mom moved off the coast and the name neisa .... Wont be my name ... We dont have a relationship and thats her fault not mine ... But for my peace and happiness I'm for give myself ti allowed her to talk to me that way or treat me like that. My son is my whole world I'm treat him way better then my mom treated me and my 2 brothers . And yes im a single SHAM mom .... But i enjoy being single and it just be me ans my son . Thank you for a BEAUTIFUL song. It made me cry happy tears, I was a single mom when my son was 4 and he is 22 now and on his own. It was hard at times but I wouldn't change a thing. He is the most giving big hearted young man and kindest guy I know. Who has the upmost respect for girls and women. I taught him to clean, cook, do laundry and to always remember that it is not just a woman's job to do household chores. It takes two. He tends to get give to much and it hurts me so bad to watch some girls in his life rip his heart out but he has finally found a young lady that is just as kind hearted as he is and he has told me, Mom, I finally found a girl like you. Who loves me for me and it is give and take not just me giving this time. To all the single mom's out there... remember those boys turn into men and you get to raise a respectful, responsible, independent young man that respects women.
