- In this Vlog we got to explore the village hidden in the misty mountains, Mandaram Nuwara! A lot of tourists miss this tiny town an go straight to Nuwara Eliya or Ella but Mandaram Nuwara is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Its interesting placement at the foot of Piduruthalagal gives is a unique weather condition that has given it the nickname 'Misty City'. The resulting weather is perfect for tea agriculture and also is home to numerous beautiful and undiscovered waterfalls! Definitely put this on your list!

I would suggest you to also visit to Batticaloa and make nice clip there are many places you can visit.

Yes we have visited pasikuda, it’s definitely one of the best parts of the island. do check out our vlog on it which can be found on this channel.

Mandaram Nuwara is a small village situated at the foot of Pidurutalagala in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. The town is also known colloquially as the 'Misty City' as it is shadowed by the adjoining mountain ranges and is shrouded in mist for the majority of the day

@@Sheneller Well I should add, that I am massively biased in that opinion, as even though I was born in Colombo, I spent the first 12 years of my life on Gonakella tea estate, where my dad was the manager.
Oh! Paskuda beach. I remember when there was not a single building on the beach. Just coconut trees and an empty white beach. (That was in 1966 though)
