Self has said that Zach has greatly improved, I definitely can see him in the rotation. If he has gained confidence and gotten back to shooting like he did in high school, he can be a great rotation player and stretch the floor at times.
C'mon, Schwerdt. Nobody said Clemence is gonna start. That said, if Clemence IS dawg enough, OF COURSE he could start at the 4. What Johnson said is that Clemence 'might be' part of Self's end-of-year rotation. If you put ME on this 'cast, I'm saying Clemence is almost certain to be a substantial part of the rotation, all year long. Clemence is the guy I'm most excited about, this year. He's had 3 years with Self and staff, he's had a year and basically two offseasons learning from Dickinson, and you know Self loves playing bigs as much as he can get away with. Also, by this time, Clemence is gonna have some strong chemistry with KJ and DaJuan, and maybe with a couple other guys. Anyway. 😝
This would be very abnormal for Kansas... But this team, as is, could run nearly full platoons with very minimal lack of production. The real question is, what happens when Furphy decides to come back?
@@PooVoo if drafted he won’t play much unless the team that takes him sends him to G-League. Since he’s not an American he can’t get NIL money so I don’t blame him for wanting to start earning now.
Yes I think the concept that 8 elite players are going to compete for 5 spots and the other 3 will only get limited minutes is flawed. I think HCBS is going to take a new approach and give these guys equal minutes. I don't think they would come without that promise. They are too good and are able to start for any other team in the country. @@markfroman738
Okay. Who's Self gonna put out there to spell Dickinson? Passmore? Jackson? Storr? Griffen? Mayo? If it's not Adams, it's going to primarily be Clemence; and I think it's going to primarily be Clemence. You guys are talking about top 8 without mentioning anybody (except for Adams) who spells Dickinson.
Daily listener. Love the detailed breakdown with statistical evidence that educates the audience. However, you've GOT to lose the new opening tune. Very annoying, almost grating on the ears. Sounds like someone's grade school kid got to compose the music as a favor. Just play a KU fight song. Sorry to be negative.
I think Flory will end up being an undersized Big Man…who plays a lot like Udeh. I say this because he is big for a high school kid, college is a different story
The athleticism of Bidunga and Passmore is going to be a surprise for fans. These two are ripped and fast. They’ll be hard to keep off of the floor.

In certain matchup but until then no way he breaks into the top 8
@@Taylor2022KUwho do you have spelling Dickinson over Clemence?
🍿
@@ajpend 5 star freshman 6’9 flory bidunga. Zach probably won’t even see much playing time with how the roster is set up right now
@@ajpend and we really after adding Rylan griffin, AJ Storr, Zeke mayo … you mentioned Zach clemence lol what are we even talking about
Keep going.

Do you think that’s gonna happen?
I would not be surprised. Furphy needs another year to develop defensively. He would be an absolute liability on that end of the floor in the NBA.

I think Zack Clemence is in those top eight. He will gets minutes over skinny freshman Flory Bindunga.

How can you just shut down Clemence starting next year?
