As a UConn, I have always liked Bill Self he could be coaching anywhere, and I would still like him.

UConn definitely one of the better teams past 15 years or so, but I'd take that 2021 Baylor, 2018 Villanova and 2012 Kentucky teams over them. They played in a weaker big east that was top heavy with Marquette, Creighton and themselves. Seton Hall was decent, st johns was decent, but mostly a weaker conference compared to the big 12 and SEC from top to bottom. They did finish 37-3, which is impressive regardless, 2012 Kentucky finished 38-2, I can't remember I think 21' Baylor finished 33-7 and can't remember what Villanova finished in 2018, but when Nova and Baylor and Kentucky were playing the way they were it's hard to say any team I've ever seen beat them. UConn definitely deserves to be mentioned in the conversation with those.
