Yes, I'd love to see a photo scene setup / walkthrough
Just here to say, this is fantastic content on from A to Z. The wording, clarity, usefulness, positivity. Just great.
I’m a creative director for an advertising agency and I’m always intrigued by lighting setups for shoots. I have struggled for years to get good mini photos and I would love a cook’s tour of how you setup up for shooting your minis. By the way - great work!
I enjoyed this brief run down of tips and tricks, so I would love a video that goes more in depth on this topic.
I’d love to see your step by step process.
I think this is the next phase of my painted minis, staging story shots. It might even help me to let go of some of these models/armies if I have some great photos to keep.
Would absolutely love a video of a complete photo shoot, this video was immensely helpful and I’m definitely going to try these tips out
Really appreciate this advice. I always have trouble making my minis look good in pictures and got a ton of ideas for this for the background.
A start to finish photo shoot would be awesome!
These camera and photography videos are great! The tip about taking a photo from below the miniature was very helpful, I'm looking forward to trying that.
For photo editing/digital painting-art I discovered Affinity Photo. I didn't want to spend the money on Adobe's sub so I took a chance. It's a great piece of software for an alternative. Plus Affinity has a full suite of alternatives: Designer (Illustrator) and Publisher (InDesign) and about twice a year, they put all 3 on sale for $75 total. Free updates.
Of course, it would be awesome to see the full process/ One thing is to hear the theory and another way is to see it in action! Looking forward to that!
I dig a start to finish guide; from set-up to to camera settings to processing.
Complete start to finish photo shoot:YES PLEASE!!!!
Lovely info about the background's distance! Never thought of it! Thanks Uncle Atom!
I really like this video. Very good tip and tricks without spending a lot of money. Especially if your just getting started. A video of you going from start to finish setting thing up and maybe some basic editing on snapseed would be wonderful to see.
Great tips, Atom! Photography is my primary way of enjoying the hobby for the last few years and it's always cool to see how other people approach things.
It will be very cool to see videos of the stories of your minis. I have noticed you have very nice conversions!
I loved this video!
