This was one of the first male ASMR videos I ever watched, way back in 2012 when I started watching regularly. I think I had to have watched this a hundred times - the birds chirping outside, the soft lighting, the background white noise, and Fred's gentle demeanor were all so comforting during a really difficult time in my life. I still watch Fred's new videos, but this specific video has a really special place in my heart, and I hope it stays up forever.

I must say, watching your videos makes me feel like we're old friends. They are so personal and natural. They don't feel forced at all, I always just feel like I'm making my regular stop at the dr/personal shopper/hairstylist. Your role plays are great!
the hilarious thing is that this guy actually has one of the deepest voices i've heard on youtube. What you'r listening to is called whispering.

ASMR isn't for everyone. But when you can experience ASMR it's actually really good for people with anxiety and such.

I just realized, I swear you had a video about some type of personal care. Like where we are walking in the woods and you are healing the viewers cuts from falling. Maybe I'm crazy, but I can't seem to find it and I loved that video. Just the nice personal attention was very relaxing. I've noticed a lot of the older videos are gone. Which is good that you are growing into a more comfortable video style for you! But also a little sad that some of the old classics are gone. Much love xx

His voice has always had a calm, mellow tone about it.
Well first off, nothing you feel is wrong. ;) Second, visual ASMR is a common thing too. Getting a reaction from seeing someone make gentle movements with something, even if there's no sound, is all a part of the whole awesome tingles experience! I get that too pretty often.

Every guy needs a tie! I'm so glad you know how to dress up. There's not many male ASMR guides and they usually don't try to dress up in any way.
