Jesus Christ saved my life he can save yours to. No body is perfect except Jesus Christ. So he was the perfect sacrifice for the world and he became that sacrifice. So that we can be perfect in God’s eyes all we need to do is. Repent from our sinful wicked ways and surrender our life’s to him. Jesus Christ. Repent meaning acknowledge and forsake your sins. Know you have sinned and know you are not good in God’s eyes. Forsake meaning as in try your absolute best to not sin. We have to be clean and filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ said we must be born again to enter The Kingdom of Heaven.
God bless you all. I love you all may you all find Jesus Christ as your Lord Savior .
God bless brothas and sisters ❤❤! Thank God ❤️❤❤

Yes, my instructor once let us take turns breaking it. It was ridiculously easy to break. Even the most unatheletic, underperforming guy in the class could break it, and he punches like a literal pillow

There are different levels of the board.
Somebody made these so to mimmick the force of punching through actual wood.
So the force needed to break the hardest board is similar to the force needed to snap a wooden board.
These are not the kids martial arts boards.
I also did karate as a kid even though it was useless in teaching me how to fight because in was still beat up the same.
The kids boards are plain white or peach and are much smaller

Standing here, I realize you were
Just like me trying to make history.
But who's to judge the right from wrong.
When our guard is down I think we'll both agree.
    That violence breeds violence.
But in the end it has to be this way.
    I've curved my own path, you've followed your wrath;
But maybe we're both the same.
The world has turned, and so many have burned.
    But nobody is to blame.
It's tearing across this barren wasted land.
I feel new life could be born beneath
    The blood stained sand.

So fun fact, punching concrete although yes can be a bit painful it actually is easier than you might think because when you punch up it is pulling the concrete and concrete isn't built for pulling, its built for compression, thats why in buildings cinder blocks there is rebar. So although its hurts and does take some sort of training or skill, its mostly just speed and pain tolerance however it is still achieved with brute force
