This is the best formula to reinvent yourself. I personally applied it and am now teaching thousands of people around me. Usually, people ignore the first step, "Start Small." They think small cannot bring big change, but they forget that seconds form minutes, minutes form hours, and hours form days. You Have to start small no matter what.

I unknowingly was reading stoicism for years through Epictetus, but then when I decided to finally look into Stoicism, he along with Marcus Aurelius and Seneca came up. I finally started practicing the Stoic philosophy more in my daily life for the past 3 months and it's helped drastically. I been writing daily, practicing gratitude, meditation, etc. There's 3 books that have helped with shaping my perception that I've read in the past year that have helped with my spiritual growth and can maybe help those who are interested.

@@davidkerce1823 You've succinctly highlighted a crucial aspect of personal development-the gap between knowledge and action. It’s inspiring to see your recognition of choice as the catalyst in mastering one’s fate. This understanding is a powerful step toward significant life changes.
How have you applied this principle in your life to create a change?

One of the biggest steps I’ve taken is letting go of the urgent dependency on the future. While it’s important to make plans and prepare for future events we should always remember that life is in a constant state of change and some things are not within our control. The only thing we can do is adapt to situations as they unfold and act accordingly with our virtues in mind.

I find it equally applicable to women. It's just that the source writings came from men, kind of like biblical teachings I guess (though not to equate the Bible and religion to stoicism philosophy of course). Both were born when women did not write or lead or have a voice.
