Ok so i've been running a 3133 day logging streak on MFP, but was today years old when i heard you say there's a way to customize/add up to 6 meal names! lol Thank you!

I hope no one minds that I’m posting this…Beginners using track apps: Keep in mind if you are tracking calories and not just macros, MyFitness Pal and other tracking apps can be notorious for bad math through no fault of the app itself. Nutrition labels are allowed to have the calories incorrect, adding up the macros appropriately (9 cal - 1g fat, 4 cal - 1g protein, 4 cal -1g carbohydrates) will give you the right number of calories.

Can you elaborate on the point you're making around 2:55 about not having it auto adjust for calories? I don't understand
If you leave your apps connected and have "auto adjust calories" turned on , if you do a workout, the app wil connect to MFP and put in the "calories burned" at the bottom, so it will change your target/goal numbers to compensate for that. But if you're trying to eat in a deficit, your target numbers should already be accounting for that!
@@SimplyMander but, and this is coming from me, who only uses MFP for general wellness and not specific exercise or physique goals, if I burn more calories, then I could eat more calories, and as long as there's still a deficit, I'd be ok? I generally aim to stay under by a couple 100 calories each day, regardless of how many total calories I earn/burn each day varies.

Hi Manders! I know you said this video got so few views. Although I watched it duh cuz I’m a huge fan and watch every UA-cam video you make, I don’t know if you know this but MFP isn’t free anymore!!! I signed in the other day and there was literally no free version. So I wonder if the majority of people have switched to a different free food tracking app. Just a thought!

Why is it confusing? It's me planning out my macros for the following day in my fitness pal. Correct, it's a full day of eating.
