This is on my list of projects to do. I bought two door mats 6 months ago and I had been afraid to do it. This video is so clear and simple. Thanks Tanner. Ill be making this project this week!

I did this project a week ago as a Father’s Day gift from the tutorial you did on a Live. It did come out AMAZING! Nobody believed I made it myself.
The most frustrating part was trying to get the freezer paper to the doormat. I used a lot of straight pins and a lot of patience. Eventually I got it all stuck down. A regular brush worked so much better than the stencil brush for working the paint into the fibers.
I just tried these for the first time a few weeks ago and LOVED them! Such a fun easy process and they look amazing!
