Monokuma (モノクマ) is a stuffed robotic bear and the self-proclaimed Headmaster of Hope's Peak Academy who instigates the Killing School Life featured in Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.
He later takes over the Killing School Trip featured in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, kicking out Usami in the process.
He later returns once again in the Hope's Peak Series, taking over the Future Foundation HQ and starting the Final Killing Game featured in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School.
Monokuma returns one last time in the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles Series, starting a new Killing Game, the Killing School Semester, featured in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony alongside his children, the Monokubs.
Naughty Bear is the main character of the game. He is a tattered, brown, rejected bear who is constantly belittled, ostracized and even hunted down by the other bears that live around him. Naughty Bear wants nothing more than to be allowed to join in the other bears' fun, games and parties, but they block him at every turn.
Seeking to find acceptance, Naughty Bear makes a present and goes to Daddles ' birthday party despite his lack of invitation. After being rudely teased by Chubby and Giggles, he finally snaps. Great battle. Wasn't expecting the outcome, but it was really fun to watch. I also thought fight itself was pretty funny.
I also hope to see some battles like Sayaka Miki vs Knight of Despair or Eren Yeager, and Rin Tohsaka vs Hermione Granger or Edward Elric on the show. I'd love to see some Fate and Madoka Magica battles someday.

It time too rewind rumble
Forgot to say it: Props to everyone who worked on the fight. YT's animation is great as always, the voice actors did awesome, and results make lots of sense.
The greatest satisfaction I get from this Rumble is that Junko died the very same way how she died in all of those canon Danganronpa games. I actually played it and I REALLY HATE MONOKUMA AND JUNKO for trapping these Ultimate Students inside the school. Now I have to look at whatever Naughty Bear is from and put it in my watchlist. Tbh, I am more glad that Naughty bear won and hope that Monokuma and Junko will cease to be alive. Those were my thoughts after watching this video.
Naughty Bear is from Naughty Bear and Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise
He is a vengeful anti-hero sort of character who was outcasted on an island of perfection. In every "episode" of the game, the bears do something that invokes Naughty's wrath with the player's job being to kill every bear on the island while acquiring the most points possible.
Something about this series just makes me angry, I haven't actually played any of them, I don't enjoy visual novels, but not even DDLC grinds my gears quite like Dangenro-whatever, and the villain- *hoo-* I have to congratulate the original writers for making a character as utterly despicable, and one-note as Junko even with my incredibly limited exposure to the character, the idea of some stuck-up rich kid just waking up one day and deciding to become a super villain just stings to think about and I can only hope it'll dissipate from my memory soon enough.
I despise Danganronpa (MOSTLY Junko) and I loved Naughty bear a lot on Xbox 360. Very satisfying rumble indeed

So me and my friend were debating naughty bear vs the knight from hollow knight wondering if you might do a rewind rumble for that?

They seem to be incredibly small and, at best, have wall level feats with alright hax.

The downplay for Monokuma, good grief. First off, Nekomaru himself has a better feat in blowing away a landscape while he shit. Also, that isn't even the best physical feat. Sakura can split the ocean. As for speed, you have Komaru and Genocider at FTL in UDG, as well as Sakura appearing in Europe from Japan in a single moment. No mention of the powers of the Ultimate Analyst or Ultimate Despair, treating the UDG Monokuma's as the same as Junko's highly advanced models, multiple Monokuma's functioning at once in IF... Monokuma washes.
That's cool and all but Fear Manipulation + Madness Manipulation + Teleportation + FTL speed scaling + Immortality washes, gg Naughty solos
@@CottonArsonist Fear and Madness manipulation Monokuma resists, as shown by Junko's corrupting of Izuru rather than the other way around. Teleportation doesn't mean anything when your opponent is fast enough to catch you on the other side and knows exactly where you will teleport thanks to their analysis abilities. Naughty Bear isn't FTL and even if he was, Komaru Naegi is also FTL, a regular person in the Danganronpa universe, and Monokuma was designed to control the fastest and strongest of humanity, so it would still be irrelevant.
Also, the immortality is unconfirmed, and even if it is true, it's resurrection, which Monokuma can also do.
Junko sinks Naughty Bear into despair and makes it commit suicide, choosing not to be reborn. GG.
okay i typed a full fucking essay but yt decided to fuck it so imma condense:
Naughty's madness manip affects emotionless robots.
The analysis part is wank, plus Naughty's own senses let him see the actions of an entire island of bears so he's gonna be able to see where Junko is. Plus Monokuma isn't strong enough to hurt Naughty.
The FTL part is debatable however due to Naughty dodging point-blank laser fire and speedblitzing bears, it's fairly safe to say he is FTL.. Plus the whole scaling to alien perception thing. And that last part is bullshit as we don't know how many times FTL those characters are.
The immortality comes from characters in Naughty Bear being mutilated and coming back, sometimes within seconds. Which he can bypass through BFR-ing Monokuma to another dimension.
Junko's madness manip is far weaker than Naughty's and she won't have time to implement it before Naughty just immediately teleports to her, roars to paralyze her and fucking banish her to the shadow realm.
Imma add more:
Naughty has outsmarted and outskilled a robot bear, designed by 2 geniuses that can manipulate quantum energy and make portals to higher and sub dimensions, to specifically counter Naughty in every way. And killed it with a stick.
His fear manip works on emotionless robots, ancient demons, undead monsters, trained swat teams and demonic vampires. Junko AND Monokuma are getting fear haxxed.
Naughty can bridge any numbers gap by summoning a horde of zombies, spirits and demons from another dimension.
Naughty's Narrator will just outright tell Naughty anything he needs to know about Junko and Monokuma due to knowing about some of the first tribes in history, even knowing about their mystical precognitive trances and what they saw. (This could give the narrator a form of precognition but idfk)
Naughty's teleportation isn't just good for sneak attacks, even if Junko knew where Naughty would strike, he'd also use it to dodge or flee. Or rely on other tactics to fight such as stealth, otherwhelming force, magic, etc. Plus the Brightness Robotech legs can act automatically if need be, with some armors stating to repell physicals blows. Plus Naughty's just immensely better in CQC.
Naughty's costumes such as Robo-prime will just negate Junko's madness manipulation and costumes like Vampiricorn just allow him to fly, summon bats, turn people into ghouls, etc.
Ive read some of Junko's vsbw page (yeah, it's vsbw and I know its not always accurate), and Junko's madness manip seems to come from a despair video and/or social influencing. Yeah, that's not gonna work when she gets fucking smited by a stormcloud, or shot by a rocket launcher, or being torn apart by zombies, or telekinetically exploded, etc.
If Monokuma even was stronger/more durable, Naughty can bypass durability with most of his abilities like transmutation,
@@CottonArsonistThe fact you had to look up what Junko is capable of tells me you're just biased. If I had the time I'd do a debunk, but I don't. I will respond to something though: the analysis part isn't wank at all. Even when suffering from amnesia, her analyst skills let her predict where a capable fighter would move and try to attack her. She was able to dodge all his attacks because she knew exactly what he would do just by watching him for a short time.

@@baileywalker2478 I mean in that episode they put her at just ftl, while they’ve put characters like krillin at mftl, they can both be scaled to universal (however she hulk is probably more consistent in this department), and Caulifla would have a mobility advantage with her flight, again this depends on if the calcs they put her at in her fight against super girl are still what they believe

Well, after this episode, I now wanna check out Naughty Bear, this fight made it look interesting.

Caulifla vs She-Hulk, this should be interesting. I'll be rooting for Caulifla. Betting? I don't know since I hear mix things on She-Hulk. And She-Hulk, despite what the animation showed, didn't seem that strong when fighting Supergirl.

the first one has 3 extra DLC episodes/levels with weapons and costumes, PIP having costumes and weapons
Apparently the sequel wasn't too good, I'd stick with the original.
@@buzter8135 The sequel was alright, it goes for a more hitman-esque target system. Plus it's graphics and music are a downgrade, however it makes up for it with allowing you to collect your own costume pieces and weaponry

This... isn't accurate... like at all.
Considering Monokuma has fought with Sakura, and even defeated Akane, who was powerful enough that her fight with Nekomaru was blowing the walls apart, whereas Naughty Bear doesn't have any great feats of strength or speed outside of cutscenes teasing the level types, the likes of which are debatable as far as canon goes, he absolutely loses this.
Like Naughty Bear is relatively capable, but only when he has the opportunity to sneak around and prepare the battlefield. Without prep time, an awareness of his opponent and surroundings and weapons in the environment to use, there's no way he can win, so in a simple one-on-one fight, he's got nothing going for him, especially against an opponent as outlandish and absurd as Monokuma.
I disagree heavily
From what you've stated, Monokuma's best feat is wall level, meanwhile Naughty can break down marble statues, destroy giant robot bears and can vaporise meteorite armor. Each ranging from Wall to City level potency.
Naughty's speed feat moreso comes from dodging close-range laser fire and gunfire, he does this after the projectiles are fired so it's useable.
Naughty's hax can also affect Monokuma, mainly his fear/madness inducement which can even cause the undead, vampires and emotionless robots to give in with terror and madness.
