Honestly I'd love a remake of S1. Longer, much more complex (extension of Doug/Carley story for example) and most importantly - two paths. Either siding with Lilly or with Kenny. Would be awesome tbh
Larry was a ticking time bomb the moment he had that heart attack. Sure, Kenny did it in a rather... hasty way but Larry was gone and the only way he would be coming back would be a Walker. With heart attacks, the chance of survival goes down rapidly. Between 1 and 2 minutes, it goes from 90 to 40 (roughly estimating). Besides, Larry brought it on himself by being angry the whole time
@@Megawaps that's 2 minutes without a defibrillator. And even then, that's when brain damage begins to set in. Larry was dead the second he got that heart attack. There was no way to save him. And even if they did, by some miracle, he would be a massive burden to the groups escape and later on in the motel. Hed need a large supply of meds which would run out quick.
@@hk1371 In the cut content there is a scene where you can take heart pills from the bathroom and later give them to Larry. That's the concept I'm gonna use in my remake, so of you give him the pills and then try to save him, he will survive.
Honestly I still don't like Lilly I still think she's not a good person, she was such an ass to everyone for no actual reason. She got pissed at people because they gave their opinions and suggestions to her and she just wouldn't hear it, all she wanted was for people to work the way she wanted and I understand it was because she wanted everyone to survive but going they way she did was not ok. She killed Carly (or Doug depending on who you choose) simply based on an assumption of who stole supplies and petty dislike in Carly's case. Lee is right to leave her on the side of the road if he chooses and then she comes back later, kidnaps children for some fucking war that doesn't involve them, tortures them if they step out of line, makes them fight for them against their will. One of them was even killed during it and once again it was because she wanted to protect people but the way she did it was fucking disgusting. I hold no sympathy for someone like Lilly
I can't completely hate lilly... I guess i just understand her. She's not the same lilly anymore but part of her is still in there, you can see that she still cares about clementine too. No matter how evil a person becomes they're still a person..
Still cares about Clementine😂?! Yeah, like forcing and kidnapping Clem and her friends and adopted son to become child soldiers for a war they don't want to join and is more than ready to kill them if they fight back and try to defend themselves, a very caring woman indeed😂🤪.
If Lilly just convinced the kids in a way that's not threatening in the forst place, she would've actually had all of them without getting anyone else killed. Like, all she had to do was say she had good shit like food, electricity & water, why tf did she had to threaten them.
If only Ben didn’t help the bandits in the third episode of Season One, none of this would’ve happened. 😐😐 Carley (or Doug) would have been alive still and Lilly would still be with Lee, Clem, Kenny and the others.
To be fair, Ben actually saved the group because they probably would've just attacked them when they go to sleep. Look how easy it was for them to capture them all. Staying would've got them killed eventually. Ben gave them supplies as a deal to back off. Until Lee took the bag, they decided to act.
It wasn't Ben's fault, he HAD to do it, otherwise the bandits would've killed them immediately. You really can't blame the kid. Lily was just a ticking time bomb due to how irrational she was.
I don't get why people hate Lily. I know she made terrible mistakes but that doesn't make her evil. She's just badly broken. I know someone like her in real life. It just made me feel really bad she ended up that way. I wish I had the power to go back in time to prevent that trauma from happening. Some people don't deserve that type of pain. Clem was right I hope those people really find peace.
For me, it was when I replayed the game and sided with her when we were in the rv. When Lee said he wanted to get Clementine before they headed out, she bolted the moment he stepped out of the vehicle. Even back then, she was all about herself. Maybe it was because her dad died just a little before then, but that doesn't change what she did
As Clem said, Lily was hard, but not evil. When she killed Carley it wasn't with malice either. Lily was loosing her head, and even she herself admits that leaving her behind was the right choice, or that "he must've left me on the road." in case you chose to still keep her in the group. Lily does become a villain in the Final Season. She now justifies cruelty and thrives in it, because she's still a broken person and justifies her actions with the state of the world. I think Lily is one if not the best villain of Telltale's TWD. Unlike Carver we do see why an how she became so cruel, as well as knowing her reasoning with the war going on.
It’s true in S1 Lily and the first group in TWD was family only for a short while, though Lily wanted to be more with Lee but he liked Carly and she followed her father’s advise. I never considered her father family. He kept seeing Lee as an event no matter what he does like he’s Jonah Jameson speaking false on Spider-Man
@@raid--er4083 Yes that's true but she's a pretty generic villain tbh. Her character shifts from broken to a pure evil classic villain kidnapping kids tyranny level of cliche. She was a pretty boring villain and isn't the Lilly I knew from S1. I guess time changes people but still. How could someone like her over Kenny.
@@GRASS191well imo i love lilly as well. she's not the typical classic villain that is just evil for the sake of it. lilly is a complex gray character in my opinion, even though with a hard tough shell, she had some good in her in season 1 until she unfortunately spiraled to madness after her dad died. you can see her mental state slowly deteriorate and she eventually became mentally unstable which is why kinda makes me feel for her, even though she can't be forgiven of what she did. even season 4 lilly, she's definitely way worse than her season 1 self, but you can clearly see lilly have some kind of care towards clementine still. its just sad to how much she drifted away because of how deep she has fallen.
She isn't wrong, she was screwed over one because of Ben's lie and spent years casted out of the group she had spent so long with. Nothing has ever lasted in the walking dead and Clem knows eventually the school will fall like everything else.
@@TarnishedProductions I mean, that's only one of the possibilities. In the other one she tries to kill Ben, who actually is a traitor, and Doug just gets in the way.

The same time she was evil I still had a heart for her deep down :( I wish she turned out good and everything she cared so much abt clem when she was little
I was always nice to Lilly, in S1 and in S4. In S1 she's actually a nice person, if u get to know her and if u stand with her. It was very sad for me to see, that she is evil in s4 and even being kind to her doesn't help anymore :/
This story wouldve been alot more impactful if instead of Lily, it was CHRISTA who survived. Her and omid were the closest to parents she ever got to have again
I love how Lily's face expression never changes. She always has a look of regret and sorrow on her face. Goes to show that despite how far she's fallen, she still regreted everyone awful decision she's ever made. Lily one of favorite characters. The fandom try to deem her as evil. But in reality she's a victim of war.
I never valued or considered Lily a friend, she was hypocritical, power hungry, arrogant from the start and it shows she hasn’t changed just embraced them. That’s what killed Carly and I’ll never forgive ger
Remember Lilly would have still turned out this way after Larry’s death. Even if we managed to save Larry, he would have died either way due to the walkers or his heart again.
I find Lilly’s character so interesting throughout, watching her mental state slowly deteriorate throughout the various episodes. That’s why I leaned more towards her than Kenny in Season 1 (as much as I love the guy, he was reckless, foolhardy and hot-headed). I wanted to help this poor woman, who witnessed her dad’s head get crushed in by Kenny. It was for the right reasons but he was way too quick to resort to that. Unfortunately, helping Lilly did not pan out very well as she would end up leaving either way. But, it’s sad to see her as having little good left in her here but there’s still a tiny bit of her old self left, seen in that clip. In a roundabout way, I’d say Kenny caused all this by not allowing Lee to try and save Larry. What a fool!
How exactly would they have saved him? Also he did make a good point about how it would be bad to risk him turning and then they would have had a pretty big walker to deal with.
The thing is There is a secret if you let Lilly Live Telltale maybe make a Season 5 The Walking dead, but with the other new charachter but still have connection with Lilly. But telltale already Gone,Soo no more Walking dead then.
Pretty sure this was the last chapter to be made and they don't plan on making more. I think their are comics based on clementine after the game takes place.
@@BendyCrates but there still one more plot,if you choose Louis / violet alive, clementine and them Will talk about Survivor near the school with caravan, and i think that's should be a New charachter but is Ends here.
Clementine: Here, i have some hair thingies! Lee: You do? Clementine: Yeah, Lily gave them to me for sleeping! I miss that Lily, she seemed like she genuinely cared back in episodes 2 to 3. The trauma from Larry and his passing, combined with the stress of the fall of the world and feeling like she didnt have anyone left by her side, must have really fucked her up... Not justifying her choices, just wish we could have done more for her, cause she genuinely did feel like family.
I understand Lilly and years into the apocalypse alone does something to you psychologically. I can only imagine. I didn’t kill Lilly because I feel that there is more to her than the evil traits they make her have. Also James loved walkers and wanted to be amongst them anyways so I wasn’t sad for him. I do hope Lilly finds peace. I was satisfied the way that ended with her alive.
Clem went from having Friends & Family to having enemies, but I think they should have left instead of standing their ground but again they have home after years so IDK what to do if I was in that situation so...
IDK personally I couldn't let AJ kill Lilly. Part in-case because I didn't want AJ to think murder was okay (while she was in equal part defenseless) but also because Lilly definitely spared Clementine's life on two (or even more) separate occasions. She even mentions this in the closing dialogue here. I really feel like this scene provides more closure than the alternative. I told Lilly that she was pathetic, and her reaction made me believe she understood that, and had to live with her mistakes. She's a fucking terrible person, but she didn't deserve to die at the hands of AJ.
I wholeheartedly disagree with this sentiment. Her death really sent me jumping with hype! Maybe if Clementine would have done it, it could've been different for you?
@@Rusted_ObsidianNot the person you asked the question to... but I also took the same decision they did and my problem with the alternative was how james said aj would start liking to kill and how he was probably carver's son. If it was clementine with the gun I would've shot her ass off. PS- I'm not the best at english and my comment might have some errors
I've always loved Lilly in 1 season, she always took care of the group first and not just her family (Larry), as it may seem. Unlike Kenny, whom everyone loves. There's a lot to talk about and a lot of facts, but it won't change what characters people around you see. In season 4, Lilly's personality was completely changed, although in episode 2 there were some notes of that old character Lilly, the one who took care of Clem, but in episode 3 and 4 she seemed to be replaced and exposed as a complete b1tch. I'm sad that her character was written by people who are in no way connected with season 1 and this topic with her trasnformation really bothers me. I would like to go to Delta with her, I would like to talk to her normally, hug her, as there was an option in season 2 with Kenny. Such potential.
@@tmm4195 Unforgivable sh1t is Marlon's murder. AJ killed Marlon, but everyone forgave him eventually (I'm sure u did too). But when it comes to Lilly and Carley/Doug, everyone hates her. This is called double standards.
@@VSLl What AJ did was horrible. There is no denying that. I’m not on his side and if you watch playthroughs you can see most people are clearly not on his side in that situation. However, you can’t act like the circumstances were the exact same. Both situations were completely different. The reason AJ killed is at least slightly more understandable. He’s like 5 and grew up only knowing evil. Marlon at one point had a gun on Clem and all AJ thought was that the one person he loved was in danger. He thought shooting Marlon was like shooting a monster trying to hurt them. Not defending what AJ did, but what him and Lilly did were not on the same level. And unlike Lilly, AJ feels bad when he learns that what he did was murder. Lilly has no remorse at all. Plus, it’s not like everyone just forgives AJ right away. They literally kick him out of their group.
@@tmm4195 It was expected that u would begin to justify him by saying that he is small and that he knows nothing. Yeah, apparently Clem didn't teach him not to kill people who AREN'T AIMING at u anymore. In case u haven't forgotten, he kills when Marlon doesn't have a gun in his hands. Lilly apparently didn't regret it and didn't say that she was trying to protect everyone, apparently this is not an indicator that she has remorse. Stop hating her and making up false facts to show how bad she is when AJ literally did the same thing and everyone forgave him.
@@VSLl Nothing I said is justifying what AJ did. I literally said that what he did was wrong, just more understandable. Saying more understandable doesn’t mean I’m justifying it. But stop acting like the circumstances were the same because they weren’t. The only reason I forgave AJ is because he was at least willing to try and atone for what he did wrong and become better, whereas Lilly just got worse. I was literally agreeing with what you were saying about Lilly not being bad in season 1 so I wasn’t hating on her. And saying she doesn’t feel remorse is not a false fact. She literally doesn’t feel sorry for killing Carly. She believes that she did the right thing and only feels sorry we’re about to kick her out of the group. You’re behaving exactly like the Kenny stans do acting like Lilly can do no wrong. I liked her in season 1, but that doesn’t change the fact that what she did to Carly was fucked up. You say I’m justifying what AJ did, but it seems like you’re the one justifying Lilly’s actions by saying “oh well AJ did the same thing.” This honestly has nothing to even do with AJ.
these choices seem canon to me, it goes to show how someone's mindset and upbringing influences their future. - lily grew up under strict and cold upbringing with her father and matured into a cold calculated survivor, doing anything by anyway possible, all in the name of survival. - while clem was guided by the warmth of those who sacrificed their lives for her, while learning the examples others left, and that things like love and a normal life are worth fighting and dying for (ex. lee dying for her, the warm upbringing of her parents, watching alvin sacrifice himself for her, witnessing the passion that lost brings, taking care of AJ, kennys sacrifice, and the importance of familia and bond as shown in javi's story.) and this is shown, as lily has a more nihilistic and pessimistic view on the world; while clem, fights for the right thing, fights for AJ, and fights for love instead of anger, just as mature as her departing message, "i hope you find peace"...
Bruh in my second playthrough ( I let aj light her up originally)I kept shooting and when she said "fuck you clementine" it really felt like a true goodbye and gave so much emotion compared to having the whole Convo with her before she leaves
My playthrough I was not nice to lily at all. Every time I play the walking dead I refuse to be courteous to her she doesn't deserve my sympathy, and when she threatened AJ I wanted lily to die.
She's right, it's not evil to fight for what you love. But it is evil to kidnap people; especially children; brainwash/torture them and force them to fight in a war that they have nothing to do with.
I actually liked Lilly in season 1 before she lost her dad and went crazy 😂. I feel like she was a cool character and the triumvirate leadership of her ,Lee and Kenny was a interesting dynamic
Lilly is right, she isn’t evil for fighting what she loved. Nobody was hit the methods employed are egregious all the same. What makes this all the more sad, Lilly killed James after being shown mercy. She made a point that altruism and morals gets you killed, as you never want to turn your back to monsters and monstrous people. Clementine sparing her pays that price with the life of a friend. And maybe Lilly has to live with how everything falls apart. How she abandoned her own people and in the end, she’s the one who ends up alone.
Honestly it makes sense that this is how Lilly ended up when she got abandoned the way she did. I feel as if just like Kenny, she never actually fully grieved the death of her father so that may have had an affect on her mental. Lilly coming back like this kind of reminds me of how Morales from the TV Series came back. It shows that not everyone was always bad or always outright evil. Sure Lilly was a bit paranoid and cold maybe a bit mean, but season 1 Lilly wouldn’t get involved in something like this.
@@MegawapsUm...no it wasn't?? Lol, all Carly did was berate Lilly for harassing Ben, and although Ben deserved it because it WAS him who was stealing the meds to feed bandits, no one actually knew that yet, not even Lilly herself, because she kept flickering between thinking it was Ben, thinking it was Carly, thinking it was both of them, and even thought it was Carly and Lee at some point even though Lee helped her find out why the meds were missing. Lilly clearly was not in the right state of mind when she was harassing all of them, though her intentions were good, and all Carly did was tell her to stop bullying Ben and get the fuck over herself basically. She did not deserve to be suddenly shot in the head, while her back was turned no less, for scolding someone.
@@devillass6025 Yeah, she was not in the right state of mind. And Carley knew that, as well as the fact she had a gun on her. Yet, instead of keep being calm, she decides to humiliate Lilly in front of the entire group and basically say that she's nothing but a little child. @@Megawapsokay??? But your comment doesn't take into consideration she would have still shot someone in that scene because she was not in the right mental state. Just like how Doug also still dies and shares the same fate as Carley. She was going to kill someone in that scene regardless

i have no doubt that Lilly was severely punished (maybe killed) once she returned to The Delta without the boat, horses, her people or any reinforcements.

It will be possible in my remake
Larry was a ticking time bomb the moment he had that heart attack. Sure, Kenny did it in a rather... hasty way but Larry was gone and the only way he would be coming back would be a Walker.
With heart attacks, the chance of survival goes down rapidly. Between 1 and 2 minutes, it goes from 90 to 40 (roughly estimating).
Besides, Larry brought it on himself by being angry the whole time
@@hk1371 Even 40% is still a normal chance for survival. And he was "dead" for less than 2 minutes.

That Bad but not Evil line took me out, Lilly literally shoots the person Lee chooses to save. And Clem saw that.
Seeing aj mag dump lily always puts a smile on my face :)
If Lilly just convinced the kids in a way that's not threatening in the forst place, she would've actually had all of them without getting anyone else killed. Like, all she had to do was say she had good shit like food, electricity & water, why tf did she had to threaten them.
She wanted them to fight wars for her like Norma did in Michonne
If only Ben didn’t help the bandits in the third episode of Season One, none of this would’ve happened. 😐😐 Carley (or Doug) would have been alive still and Lilly would still be with Lee, Clem, Kenny and the others.
Nah, if Ben wouldn't help the bandits they would attack the group immediately without waiting around, and would most likely kill everyone.
@@Megawaps ur probably right, had Ben not helped those bandits Clem would've died
She's beautiful 😍

I personally can not find myself to forgive her for killing Carley, but to each their own.

Lily will remember that.
Bruh Lilly is so lucky that Kenny never found out that she was alive between Seasons 1 and 2 cuz he woulda finished the job
As the Joker said. All it takes is one bad day. And watching her father's head get crushed right before her eyes was Lilly's 'one bad day'.
How exactly would they have saved him? Also he did make a good point about how it would be bad to risk him turning and then they would have had a pretty big walker to deal with.

After she said i hope you find peace I wish clementine said:" oh and lilly, it was ben by the way" and she turns around and walks away.

I agree she wasn't that bad in season 1. At least until she shot Carly. That was some unforgivable shit
- while clem was guided by the warmth of those who sacrificed their lives for her, while learning the examples others left, and that things like love and a normal life are worth fighting and dying for (ex. lee dying for her, the warm upbringing of her parents, watching alvin sacrifice himself for her, witnessing the passion that lost brings, taking care of AJ, kennys sacrifice, and the importance of familia and bond as shown in javi's story.)
and this is shown, as lily has a more nihilistic and pessimistic view on the world;
while clem, fights for the right thing, fights for AJ, and fights for love instead of anger, just as mature as her departing message, "i hope you find peace"...

Lilly clearly was not in the right state of mind when she was harassing all of them, though her intentions were good, and all Carly did was tell her to stop bullying Ben and get the fuck over herself basically.
