It's amazing how trees rotten like this can hold on. At least she wasn't full of water! Nice work... _but here it comes!_ Not a job I was working on up here in Glastonbury, but saw the aftermath: ~60' silver maple (iirc) with 5-6' base held on by 4-6" all around the perimeter.
