Spectacular and a pretty good operator. Considering the results not so sure about the efficency of the method and What about the consequencies on the structure of the Caterpillar?
i feel like using the wrecking ball doesn’t do anything to the excavator since all the wrecking ball weight hits the ground so it’s as if he’s just lowering the boom

Would it not be faster and more efficient to use a hammer? Especially since right at the start of the video there is an excavator with a hammer attached to it, so it's not like they didn't have one. It seems to me that a wrecking ball is a device that exists to enable a single boom crane that doesn't have the dexterity of an excavator to demolish stuff. But an excavator is better off with a hammer.

Bei der Firma Fang ich an, da Arbeitet man nicht schnellstmöglich sondern so das es am meisten Spaß macht... :-D
aber warum hat man das Gestein nicht einfach gespechtet ?
der Baggerfahrer wollte einfach mal zeigen, dass er auch mit einer Kugel umgehen kann ;-)
