i watched him in person and had no clue who tf he was, gained a new fan that same day, bro is so fluid when he plays it almost seems like a walk in the park from the insane shot choices, handles, how quickly and effortless he pulls up in traffic, contested, dude is forreal
Couldn't of said it better myself. He has a real maturity in how he plays, very poised and relaxed and like you said effortless, he makes it look so easy. I will be watching him.
Saw him when he played for Donda at a tourney early 2022... he's "slippery"! A lot of kids are going the shooting 3's "skill" route. That's great but natural athleticism is still an unteachable/uncoachable thing. Like speed in football. Rob's an athlete
This kid going to the league. I can see it. Handling, he can shoot it lights out. He's athletic as well. Seems like he has all the tools offensively. If he's a two way player, this young man has NBA All-Star potential. Keep working young man! 💯
He's got a lot going on and I really good way! The good thing is it seems like he has a lot of growth potential based on the fundamental smhe has and obviously the Raw Talent as well. Seems like you has what it takes to be a world-class player at the professional level so let's see what he looks like in 3 years
Him, DJ Wagner, and Justin Edwards will be the best trio in the country next year. And Coach Cal will have an opportunity to get back to the top with this roster coming in next season. Dillingham reminds me of a Jamal Crawford/Allen Iverson hybrid. Dude is a baller. Definitely going to the league after 1 season at Kentucky.
So here is my thoughts based off highlights here. Definitely can shoot off the dribble, I'd like to see a whole game to see how he is off the CATCH because at the next level he will come off a screen as a guard and that's important. The mechanics is what I'd look for but so far his shot looks good. 2. Really like how he plays with CHANGE OF SPEED honestly I think ppl are mistaking the 2 things. I'd rather my guard learn change of speed because the fact is no coach is going to want you dribbling the ball to death. Ppl talk about KYRIE handles but his CAHNGE OF SPEED is what sets everything up. 3. The second clip when he did that 2 dribble mid range pull up was special and a lost art among young kids. That is what will get you far in this game as a guard. I also seen him do same move off the screen from 3 which was impressive because 1 more dribble allows the defender to catch up and contest I think this kid has a real shot at tye league if he is coached up at UK. He will need to add a bit if muscle but not get bulked up incorrectly. I'd also like to see him on the defensive end but these mixtapes the people that put them together fail to show that part which is stupid. You have to guard. They should include that. I'll be watching to see if CAL can actually help his development
"a real shot at tye league if he is coached up at UK"??? First of all, he is a lead pipe cinch for the league unless he injures himself or gets into off-court trouble. How long he stays there will depend on work habits, but he will get there. Second, nobody goes to UK to get coached up anymore. Calipari hasn't even tried to run a modern offense in years. They go to spend a year in an NBA training program where they will practice daily with other future pros.
@@abebagota1916 ok if you count just getting drafted then you got me but If it's a MARCUS TEAGUE deal then it's whatever. He needs to be coached up by the assistants in particular CHIN COLEMAN who took AYO DOSSUMO from a solid player college player to a BONAFIDE NBA PLAYER because of his skill. Remember can DILLINGHAM play with WAGNER and Co or will he get lost in the shuffle like KHALIL WHITLEY who couldn't mentally adjust to NOT BEING THE GUY and he may have been the most physically gifted guy on that roster especially of the incoming freshman that yr. Basketball Is 90% mental and that's what I mean by COACHED UP lot of moving parts in that word. Devin Booker is a prime example because of POLITICS he played behind those BUM HARRISON TWINS when everyone knew he was better thats being COACHED UP.
He impresses me more than Dj Wagner. He looks like he was born to score. Only problem is his size (6’ 1”) which means he probably 6 feet or 5’11”. He reminds me of Malik Monk that played for UK a few years ago
@@youngreezy7510 He wasn't deemed a McDonald's All American. Thats called sleeping. He might play like a grown man but he's still a kid and he deserved it.
How tall is he? If he’s gonna play guard he needs leadership skills and/or the ability to get his team mates involved effortlessly like a CP3 style player.
Look at Bones Hyland success with the nuggets ‼️ just got traded but skinny never stopped Jamal Crawford either, specially when your bag is this full of trix, makes everyone look like kids😆
he look like that one d1 player from yo school that came back and sauced your team for a practice, but instead its against the most elite high schoolers in the country.
Definitely and when the difference between players is razor thin scouts look at things like this and definitely in the draft phase it could be problematic it’s even hard to get in the military with Feet like that
As good as his handles are he travels sooooo much simply because hes constantly moving his pivot foot. The players may be more skilled on the perimiter but the games so watered down. If you dont believe me, rewatch and watch his pivot foot every yime hes about to put the ball down. Also. If he just learned a proper triple threat these moves could be even deadlier but triple threat is a lost art since its all about points

I watched a few of his games he seems like a Carmelo type player
Yuhhh
ye if he will average more minutes = roty
This kid is quicker and crafty for his size. Going to be good to see how he develops @ Kentucky. Best success to him!
for his size? dawg he 6,1 he supposed to be fast
He drives, creates baskets, & fearless. He's 1 to look out for.
Bro eating his handles is a plus but I like that he fighting through body contact and finishing no matter the size he going places
Substantially smoother and better than I expected, UK got a baller!
His shot making is so elite at his age
Very smooth game! He's gonna be a problem at the next level
The shooting and the layup package is crazy, buddy is serious!

Don’t forget Aaron Bradshaw and Reed Sheppard
idk about “best handles” but lil bro is raw for sure
Facts
Plays super confident and looks effortless because of it

I gotta see more OF him but I like his play style
He's got great change up speed it going to be difficult to guard him he's very crafty with the rock you can see 😮
He impresses me more than Dj Wagner. He looks like he was born to score. Only problem is his size (6’ 1”) which means he probably 6 feet or 5’11”. He reminds me of Malik Monk that played for UK a few years ago
He dribbles fast and keeps it off the floor….getting a steal from him would be a nightmare
Ready for the pro's 💯
His gear shifting is just nasty 🤦🏾♂️💯
Everybody hates Chris looking 🤣🤣 smooth tho! He can play
goddamn he's got some elite stop-start
Definitely underrated I just found this that spin was cold as fuck🔥😮
People sleeping on him but I got trust in my boy
Ive never had a favorite high school player until I saw him play, definitely a future jersey purchase for sure!
Who is sleepin in 5 stars top 10 recruit Robert dilligham 💀

Like 6’3
He smooth and athletic and got a good shot, but he only go right
JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU REPENT JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK SOON
2:03 was tuff
Relaxing with the ball
He definitely my #1 player next to go nuts in the NBA
Not gonna happen with just offense..We got plenty of players right now that can do this right now and still aren’t stars
That boy cold ❄
“Damn he little “🤣
He 6'1-6'2. Typical size for a nba pg
Jumper on point.
Rob the coldest
He just not cocky enough😂😂
nice game! I didn't see any left-hand layups or floaters. left hand passing was good tho.
If Tom Thibodau was his coach he would never let him do that stuff on the court!
u not allowed to have fun in a Thibadoeu led team
Buddy play with a black air forces mentality 😤💯
Bro is so accurate the nets does not eve realize a ball has be shot💀💀
It's great to see a ballplayer who was obviously a fan of Venus Williams growing up
What do you mean?
😑😑😑
🗣Easily givin Jamal Crawford Vibes‼️
4:57 the dunk too😮💨
#3 has a sweet spin move!!!!
I'm not seeing him going to the left I'm more impressed with his jump shot
Idk about best handles but he can space create fasho
Got a little of that Ja Morant / AI kinda vibe going
Quickness and handles are different but I see him doing his thing really skinny tho
Look at Bones Hyland success with the nuggets ‼️ just got traded but skinny never stopped Jamal Crawford either, specially when your bag is this full of trix, makes everyone look like kids😆
BROOOO NAMEED ROBB DLILLING HAMMMMLMFAOOOOO
This would be considered thoroughly average handling skills in the 00s Iverson Era. Shows how much the focus has shifted FROM handles if anything
Talented 👑🦍🌹🔥
he look like that one d1 player from yo school that came back and sauced your team for a practice, but instead its against the most elite high schoolers in the country.
More of a regular highlight reel but he got handles.
Aye he hooping though real talk
A lot of hoopers had hype in HS, only time will tell.
MUST SEE TV
Damn his feet go < >, looks like after awhile that would come into play health wise I think
LEBRON?
Definitely and when the difference between players is razor thin scouts look at things like this and definitely in the draft phase it could be problematic it’s even hard to get in the military with Feet like that
Dude cookin everyone in some yeezys
When he learns to finish with his left then he'll be legit
Reminds me of lance Stephenson
Lol so much traveling and carry ball
Plays like kyrie
You running the point or 2 guard next year ?
And uk will still be out of the tourney by the second weekend
Yup, black folks need more basketball players! More chuckle heads who know how to bounce a ball.
I seen Jordan Poole in this Kid. That’s good
I drafted him on 2k...least on the game...he the truth
Needs to adjust :
1- M. I 🪞
2- S.T.G (L) 🪞
3- E.O.R (F.T) 👁
4- L.H.F 🪞
5-F.W (L.H.L) 🐾
6- M.C(S.I.T.M) 🧘♂️
7- T.W.T.P 🏋️♂️
I wonder was his 2k build gone like 😅🐐🐐
He still in high school !
so tough
Could be the next SGA
Playing in Yeezys got it

Every time he step before he dribbled that ain’t handles it’s just bad refs cuz he did it nearly everytime
Once he learns how to finish with left hand it’s over fr
"BEST HANDLES"
0:20 🤣
The amount of ball carries and travels that are allowed is making the game pitiful now.
how can i get handles like him pls
I've seen thousands of videos over the years. Of all these highschool players scoring a bunch of pts. And after highschool you never hear from them.
Ppl fail to realize once you hit the NBA you gonna need more than just hood handles and shooting
3/4 of the video is a carry
Lol I saw a lot of that too.
He gon need a higher arch on dat shot but he should b good
Am I the only guy me who thinks he looking like a tall isiah Thomas lol ?
Remind me of jordan poole
Raw
the next kyrie
He look like Isaiah Thomas in the face lol
i see it
😂😂
Bros nasty his game reminds me of Darius Garland (Kyrie Irving )
bro he play just like gilbert arenas
Hell nah Gil was super cold in the nba this guy is just good in high school
jordan poole vibes fr
He’s to good
upside of a modern day Pistons Isiah Thomas or Iverson
The avg new york middleschool kid got more handle.
So tuff
Reminds of Kyrie Irving but with hops!!!
He reminded me of Shai Gilgious Alexander
Curry ja irving is in that man 😂
Remind me a lot of DeRozan
