@@6th_Army its not, then u have no tanks by war not to mention product effeciency matters; i also used to think it was good but it really isnt cuz u will have 300 civs and 20 mils while Germany will have like 150-200 civs and 200 mils after taking france
@@hermes112 By the start of 1941. You can have 300 civs and 180 mils. When you have so many civs, you can build alot of mils in a relatively short period of time. And if you're going for production efficiency as the Soviets. You're not playing the Soviets. You're playing a minor.
