When I went to Italy to visit my family, a girl on my cousins swim team had a baby sister with a really bad case of cancer. They had a fundraiser dinner here at :44 seconds. The entire street was closed down and it was so amazing to see a community come together. The cops that shut the street down were chilling, drinking wine talking with people and they raised thousands for the baby girl. I’ll never forget it
Man oh man! I bit less stuff inside and cleanup outside and move right in. What a beautiful place. Love the classic ambience! I’ve a friend with a 1965 Mercedes coupe - unrestored great original condition - sitting in it, smelling old leather, fuel and oil reminds me of this!
Yeah it was nice. Interesting town too. Lotta history. Kinda like a grand old damn from the silent air, losing her luster, but still being something special. And remember all my videos I talk about the asking price, not necessarily the true value or your offer price. I think someone could snap this up for a real deal.
Stunning home. I'm all about the garden and the view. A total de-clutter, some modernisation and you have a great home. I'd ask to keep all the mats/carpets. I'd also make a cheeky offer
I wish I could’ve filmed it after they cut the grass so you could see where cars are parked and how nice and lush it is. But yes, it’s an amazing house.!
Lovely property! Such character and quality. The last time I saw that many books I was in a library... I would love to meet the person that lived there. I bet they are very interesting and highly conversational. Love the yellow bath fixtures! Someone needs to purchase the furniture with the property. Lots of beautiful antiques. Thanks for the tour!
Beautiful place, but it could use a serious declutter and update. It seemed to have extra cabinets added everywhere for books and storage. Kinda strange if all the books didn’t come with. I like the potential of a pool, but it’s going to be a bear getting equipment down to the terrace to dig it back out. The views are breathtaking. I could definitely see why your 1970’s wife was drawn to them. I would be too. You always show the best properties!
It’s my style too. 😂 instead of Coastal Grandma style it’s Italian Grandma style. 😂. I love the dark wood, the carpets, and all the books. ❤ a swimming pool would make it perfect!!!
Brad, really interesting video. I think the camera you are using does a good job. If I were you, I would stick with it. The audio sounded good as well. Thanks for the information you posted on obtaining a mortgage, I will look into it. I actually live in Las Vegas but a lot of time in Houston to be close to the folks as they are now in their 80s and need assistance. Once I get things on the homefront figured out, I will be in the market for something out in Italy. I was one of the engineers who commissioned the Gravity-Based Structure (GBS). It's a re-gasification facility just offshore from Chioggia / Venice. My office was in Rovigo. I also lived in Taglio di Po, which was close to the AdriaticLNG docks. To say the least, I really liked living and working in Italy. Thanks again for the video!
Another great home Brad ,bravo keep them coming .Just a note,I notice camera is not in focus or sharpness is off ,there's a slight blur ,most of the video's are good quality . Cheers from Canada
Shot and uploaded in 4K… i’ve noticed before that sometimes when I download a video from UA-cam to watch it, for some reason, it doesn’t download at a good quality. You might try reopening it again. 💁🏼♂️
Hey brad, olivia, how you guys doing? Havent been watching your channel the last couple of days ( it seems to me like months, I miss you guys! ). Due to the fact that one of my bank accounts, Zell account, & phone were hacked! I have been busy resetting my on line banking account, user names , passwords, getting new credit cards, etc etc. So far i havent lost a cent . But i almost got scammed out almost $30,000 and with all my cooperation thats even worse wow! I'll be counting my blessings if we get scar free from this one. Pretty scary what they can do. Any way , this is a very charming property , i am into the rustic, with character. I think the main asset of this house is the garden & view. With a good clean up , fresh plants, etc, will look really nice. The only thing i am not too crazy about it is the proximity of the road ( right next to it) apart from that is a really nice property! 👍
Hi Ana! Sorry about the scamming. People got nothing better to do! That road gets very little traffic so not really a problem. It is a great house. Lots more coming up too very soon!
Brad you're too young to remember the mustard colored bathrooms of the 70's. Beautiful property and just outside of town. The only thing I would do right away would be a lot of decluttering!
I grew up in mustard colored baths and kitchens... Ack! And you are right this place was cluttered up to the max. Easy fix because they will take it all with them. Thanks for watching!
I had a video of it but I could not find it when I went to edit. It was on the side of the house we didn’t walk down. Just before entering the cantina.
Unfortunately, it's going to need about $50,000 worth of upgrades. Probably closer to $85,000 when it's all said and done. I like the seclusion and being in the mountains with a good view. I just wish that view wasn't of some apartment complexes. The house has potential and I'm sure it will sell fast. Thanks for showing it to us! I live in Houston and that means I would have to come up with half the money to obtain a mortgage. However, I am looking for something there in Italy. I always love a challenge and a fun project. Thanks again!
Depending on what you wanted to do maybe, but that would be a lot. I took my 200 square meter apt in Montepulciano and put in 4 new bathrooms from the walls out using the best quality fixtures, a new kitchen from the walls out, painted the whole thing, two new AC units that had to be channeled into the walls of the apt all the way from front to back to run lines, all new flooring in solid Oak wood and also chipped natural travertine, etc etc, PLUS all the furntiure to completly finish out the place and that was just over €130.000. You can see the Buratti Apartment at www.TuscanPalace.com and come and stay with us too! See it in person!

When I start on the property I am walking away from the entry gate. The whole slope up hill to the house is driveway but grass. Just needs to be trimmed up.
You would need to contact the agent that I listed in the video. I’ve done over 200 properties at this point, I just can’t keep up with all of them… impossible.
I can’t… But the agents information is in the video and the description. Feel free to reach out directly to her and she’ll give you the biggest updates and let you know if there’s something similar in the same area.
Meh... You could try something like this. But when the majority of the people that have seen it think it is phenomenal, it is probably not going to get much traction. I have seen some pretty low offers taken before (I know this isn't a real offer just a comment you are making), but this house is pretty nice and well taken care of and therefore I doubt the owners would entertain it.
Yeah… a little imagination required on this one. We do so many that are in houses that are vacant or abandoned that we forget that people actually live in these things.

That happens in small towns everywhere in the United States every day.
The woodwork is stunning!
I'm only at the living room, in the video, and I already love it. The moment I saw the front yard, my reaction was " wow " .

It was a nice one. And who knows what price you can get it at.
Thank you for trying to include the approximate age of the properties. I’ll never make it to Italy, but it’s the history that keeps me watching!
