Here i Used Vi prepaid Sim in S10 and Vi postpaid Sim in Oneplus 8
Both devices were connected to same cell and same LTE Band

Idea has 170cap VF 120(sometimes rarely due to some bug in VF system sometimes cap stops and speed crosses 120

In one of your videos, when Vi postpaid was in roaming it was giving very high ping on the local servers there while this is not the case with Airtel sim cards in roaming. Is it due to bad routing of Vi?

Before converting just check out the network at morning.If still slow then postpaid is not going to help you.I use 198/199 only for contacting customer care over call.
