Mam actually we were scared that our site is in BDA so we went application to government and also government stated that this site is not in BDA but we sent application to government will they return us or will they give us to another place
Sir, is this regarding Dr. Shivaram karanth, layout? If your site is in the notified area of Dr. Shivaram Karanth layout then you will get alternative site once the layout is done. If it's in any other place in Bangalore, just check if it's A katha property. Does this answer your question?
Candidates should not have the plots either in their names or in any of their relative’s names allotted through CITB or BDA or KHB or any House Building Co-operative Societies or Metropolitan Authorities or by any other agencies. The applicant who has already been allotted a site/house at a subsidized rate in any part of Karnataka.

This is what I infer. I advice you to raised a mahiti hakku(RTI) and get the answers. Honestly, govt policy words are so twisted, that's why so may litigations. Good Luck
