AUSCORS NTRIP services update

- Geoscience Australia's AUSCORS NTRIP Data service archives and distributes Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data and products derived from a network a continuously operating GNSS reference stations.
The service now includes both secure TLS access via port 443 and open access (not secure) via Port 2101 until June 2023.
This is good news for GNSS receivers which may require software updates in order to utilise the secure service.
