Does becoming unshakeable mean we no longer react? What about emotions that arise? Anger, frustration- do this arise no longer when we become deeply rooted and grounded? Unshakeable? Thank you for all your amazing content.
Such a profound question, thank you for asking! Being unshakeable doesn't mean we don't experience emotions - it means we develop a deeper relationship with them. Think of it like being a mountain: storms may pass over its surface, but its foundation remains stable. True spiritual resilience isn't about suppressing emotions or never getting angry/frustrated. It's about: - Experiencing emotions fully while maintaining awareness - Understanding that we can be both grounded AND emotional - Developing the capacity to hold space for our feelings without being consumed by them Even the great spiritual masters showed emotions - Jesus expressed anger at the temple, Buddha acknowledged human suffering. The goal isn't to stop feeling, but to develop a stable center from which we can experience life's full spectrum of emotions without losing our foundation. In fact, trying to become 'emotionless' is often a form of spiritual bypassing. Real spiritual maturity is being able to feel deeply while maintaining your connection to your higher wisdom. Does this resonate with your experience? 🙏
