@@Platypusstronke The Beast "Seal" (My mistake) is an Incantation caster that you get from the Beast Clergyman in the base game. It's spell scaling is an S in Strength and boosts the potency of "Beast" spells

I'm not interested in the build but this is the only video that showed up when I search for the bears locations that actually shows the Bears locations instead of the boss fight itself. So thank you for that.
Probably should pair with the Clawmark Seal and use some of the bestial incantations from the base game as this is really a melee build with faith in the supporting role.
Exactly, you beat me to it, I JUST made the build and run clawmark seal, and Cingueda as a side weapon when I feel like chucking boulders. Gotta grab rotwing insignia, but otherwise it's actually pretty solid, getting used to the spastic beast claw weapon moveset took a little getting used to though 😅

Ehhhhh, the beast claws are infusable. The sad truth is, infusing your own weapon with your own AoW and your own scaling and affinity is almost ALWAYS going to be better than unique weapons.
its a beastial incant so using the beasts seal boosts and given that its roar is funnily the HIGHEST fth costing beast spell (by 1 point with the previous highest being 14 i think) its pretty much MADE to be used on a pure strength build to like 80 AND i bet that pelt actually boosts either JUST the bear roar or perhaps ALL beastial incantations spells.
@@hachan4956 depends heavily on what angle your going for in regards to spell casting and what weapon/ashes of war you plan to use. @@hachan4956 now to get specific tho about the important details for making a good build, if your going for spellcasting, dexterity to 40 in past was a must if not all the way to 70 which is the hard cap specifically for casting speed. The reason 40 is the usual stopping point btw is that the radagon icon and azur glint staff give you what is called 'virtual dex' which is basically a boost to your dexterity stat that ONLY affects casting speed meaning if you got 40, your weapons still scale as though you only had that 40 dex BUT your spells casting speed with the radagon icon at that level of dex is boostes to the hard cap of 70 as the icon adds 30 virtual dex.
@@hachan4956 beyond this, arcane next only matters for specifically weapons that have BOTH a status effect build up whether from an infusion OR naturally while also having arcane scaling. in other words, arcane only matters if the weapon has a status effect AND arcane scaling. If its a like the red bear claws, arcane means nothing cause while having bleed, its lack of arcane scaling means the bleed cant be boosted so it's a nice boost in power if you keep up the pressure but can never be raised in its ability to proc so you would only go into arcane on such a build if you wanted to add say bloodflame or dragon communion spells.
@@hachan4956 lastly, 2 handing a weapon gives a flat 10 strength so unless you plan to wield your strength based weapon in one hand most often like if your a spellcaster, at most you should only go to 50 strength.
