*RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS* *1.* AS PREDICTED, I have gotten quite a few hate comments. Fine. But I do wanna say that *I WAS NOT MEAN* in this video as some people have said. I never attacked Karina personally and I TRIED to make the kit work and point out all the positives I could. *2.* People keep telling me I should have glued the paint back on, buuuttt I don't think that would work too well. Also, if you have to improvise to get the kit to work, it's not a good kit. *3.* Yes, I let the paint dry long enough. Anyway, the paint being more dry is not going to make it stick better. Fabric paint gets LESS sticky as it dries, not more sticky *4.* The reason this kit doesn't work is because the foam is too smooth. fabric paint (or puffy paint) is meant for FABRIC which usually has a lot of texture to it. If the surface is very smooth, the paint will peel off (same thing happens with the soft n slo diy squishies). For those of you wondering: Paint WILL NOT peel off of poly foam, memory foam, makeup sponges or regular squishies. It is just the pure white, blank and super smooth ones that the paint will peel off of. PHEW. I know this is a super long comment and nobody is going to read it, but I'm glad I can get that off my chest LOL

As a Karina fan, I am really happy that she was 100% honest, I’d rather have her be 100% honest than me going out and wasting my money on something that was bad anyway where I could’ve gotten something else. (It has happened). There is no reason for anybody to be mad at Moriah, I don’t think people would be happy if they bought this kit and it turned out to be very bad where you could’ve gotten something else. You might as well thank Moriah for saving you from wasting your money.
I'm rewatching this video and I noticed everyone saying they were looking for hate comments. I was around when this was first put out and yes there WAS tons hate towards Moriah. I noticed Karina fans getting super upset and being overly offended and there was even a few that I saw attacking Moriah's character/personality/appearance which should have nothing to do with a product review to begin with. I guess haters realized that you can't comment awful things on someone's video and not expect their fans to clap back and just deleted their comments. That's my best guess at least
@@beckystewart898 They're likely just pushed all the way back by the algorithm. If you scroll far enough to reach the OLD old comments, I'm sure you'll see all of them. People who leave hate comments likely do it on impulse without giving it much thought, and that's why they also fail to separate fair criticism from blind insult. Can't expect someone like that to even remember they said awful things, let alone to have the courtesy to revisit/delete them.

To all the people leaving hateful comments: I have this squishy kit. Moriah isn't wrong- it's not the best quality. The puffy paint is so liquidy and thin, it's hard to use. I actually made one of these (The donut) a few minutes ago, that's why I am watching this video. The chalk worked pretty well, it was a little messy. but of course any chalk for squishies is messy, so that's not an issue. Also the sprinkles kept peeling off so easily. I originaly got the kit two years ago, but never did much with it. I got it on Christmas and made the cupcake the same day, and it worked decently. But it isn't the best quality. Basically, those who are thinking Moriah is being a hater and attacking Karina, she's not- she tried her best and is telling the truth. Moriah is actually helping us, because if y'all buy this kit, you may think twice after reading my comment and watching this video. I hope everyone understands, thanks!!

Great video, honest review! You are not hateful towards Karina at all. You are entitled to your own honest opinion and $20 is expensive for such a mediocre kit with barely enough paint to fully deco both squishies. I holo deco squishies (on hiatus until further notice) and use my own concoction of paint/glue to deco. Chalk? I've never seen or heard of chalk being used to deco squishies! I personally would not buy any of her kits. Seems like the company doesn't care much whether the kits work or not as long as they sell because it has Karina's face on it. They just dump some supplies together and sell them without proper experimentation to make sure the kits work.

I have multiple of Karina's kits and they were all terrible quality, I'm almost 100% sure that she was just asked to put her face on the kits without testing them, I wouldn't make a product and sell it if it didn't work, you could tell moriah wanted them to work but they clearly didn't she tried her hardest to point out the positives but there weren't any, this is not me hating on Karina I am sure she never tested them or made them and was just asked to put her face on the box so it would sell better and Karina and Moriah post similar-ish content so im quite sure that this video would come up on Karinas feed and she watched it, she didn't even write a comment telling moriah that she didn't do anything but instead let her take the hate. You are helping me reactivate my own creativity and I thank you for inspiring me. I really appreciate your uniqueness and inventiveness, if that's a word, lol. Maybe if you sand the squishes before you paint it would stay better, But you shouldn’t have to do that, and I don’t see any of that in the instructions.
Moriah says that if you have to improvise to use a craft kit, then it's not a good kit.The kit doesn't have sandpaper, and squishy dust is dangerous if you breathe it in.

You should sand those squishies and use them for your own diy squishy makeover You could improvise to make it better by sanding and using your own paint but that proves the kit isn’t good if it doesn’t work the way it comes

As a Karina fan, I am really happy that she was 100% honest, I’d rather have her be 100% honest than me going out and wasting my money on something that was bad anyway where I could’ve gotten something else. (It has happened). There is no reason for anybody to be mad at Moriah, I don’t think people would be happy if they bought this kit and it turned out to be very bad where you could’ve gotten something else. You might as well thank Moriah for saving you from wasting your money.

I'm rewatching this video and I noticed everyone saying they were looking for hate comments. I was around when this was first put out and yes there WAS tons hate towards Moriah. I noticed Karina fans getting super upset and being overly offended and there was even a few that I saw attacking Moriah's character/personality/appearance which should have nothing to do with a product review to begin with. I guess haters realized that you can't comment awful things on someone's video and not expect their fans to clap back and just deleted their comments. That's my best guess at least

People who leave hate comments likely do it on impulse without giving it much thought, and that's why they also fail to separate fair criticism from blind insult. Can't expect someone like that to even remember they said awful things, let alone to have the courtesy to revisit/delete them.

I have this squishy kit. Moriah isn't wrong- it's not the best quality. The puffy paint is so liquidy and thin, it's hard to use. I actually made one of these (The donut) a few minutes ago, that's why I am watching this video. The chalk worked pretty well, it was a little messy. but of course any chalk for squishies is messy, so that's not an issue. Also the sprinkles kept peeling off so easily. I originaly got the kit two years ago, but never did much with it. I got it on Christmas and made the cupcake the same day, and it worked decently. But it isn't the best quality.
Basically, those who are thinking Moriah is being a hater and attacking Karina, she's not- she tried her best and is telling the truth. Moriah is actually helping us, because if y'all buy this kit, you may think twice after reading my comment and watching this video. I hope everyone understands, thanks!!

Great video, honest review! You are not hateful towards Karina at all. You are entitled to your own honest opinion and $20 is expensive for such a mediocre kit with barely enough paint to fully deco both squishies. I holo deco squishies (on hiatus until further notice) and use my own concoction of paint/glue to deco. Chalk? I've never seen or heard of chalk being used to deco squishies! I personally would not buy any of her kits. Seems like the company doesn't care much whether the kits work or not as long as they sell because it has Karina's face on it. They just dump some supplies together and sell them without proper experimentation to make sure the kits work.

for everyone hating on Moriah and saying she did everything wrong then don't. I have multiple of Karina's kits and they were all terrible quality, I'm almost 100% sure that she was just asked to put her face on the kits without testing them, I wouldn't make a product and sell it if it didn't work, you could tell moriah wanted them to work but they clearly didn't she tried her hardest to point out the positives but there weren't any, this is not me hating on Karina I am sure she never tested them or made them and was just asked to put her face on the box so it would sell better and Karina and Moriah post similar-ish content so im quite sure that this video would come up on Karinas feed and she watched it, she didn't even write a comment telling moriah that she didn't do anything but instead let her take the hate. Right now, Karina has nearly 10 million subscribers, she should know that having a large fanbase and selling rip off, bad quality products to that fanbase is not ok. She has a platform and has a product that has millions of purchases she must have tested it at least once like and she didn't even bother to tell her fans not to buy it as it was cheap, she just chose to waste her fans money. You could improvise to make it better by sanding and using your own paint but that proves the kit isn’t good if it doesn’t work the way it comes

She didn't do that, because not everyone has sandpaper in home. And craft kit idea is you have instructions and supplies and you basically get finished product, you don't need to make something for yourself If it's not on in the instructions. Sorry for my bad English, I'm Polish lmao
