Belgium - East Flemish province here. Last lockdown for us was in 2020, early spring until end summer. - May 2021: - masks only inside supermarkets/shops and hospitals. In the open Masks aren't an issue since end summer 2020. Pubs, Restaurants and open terraces were/are open since end summer 2020 with diminishing restrictions as time passed; so were the cinemas, but until this summer, with spacing in all directions of one seat distance between people.
