Na it was already said in the interviews from the witnesses on Hulu there was no snow helping, all asphalt.. Even in this video his nephew points out where it happened and its asphalt..
I saw this on the news and was absolutely heartbroken and shocked that this happened. I’m so incredibly glad they he recovered fully and is now walking.

Happened out in Orleans Ontario in the 80’s. Just another person who never read the Safety Manual or paid attention to those bright Orange and Black colored stickers depicting a person having their arms CUT off in the Auger / Blade keep out area…..Stupid is that Stupid does!
