Serto yellow gold amber. Used in canning, setting up jellies and jams. A stiffener. In America - a dime a dozen, common as hell. Sadly Tom. Glad you’re back!
The amber bottle with the measurements on it, was used for measuring gelatin, super weird seeing one across the drink, these are fairly common here in the United States! Sweet finds
Greetings from New Zealand. Been waiting all your old stuff of late. Loving them. Been into bottles when I was 8 years old and now 54. Keep up with the good stuff. Looking forward for more new videos.
I love that fast forward/ stop motion, bright light/ utter darkness thing you do at the beginning. Very glad I'm not an epileptic, however. UA-cam AI in its infinite ignorance has pushed your stuff to the back of the que again and I lost track of you. Thought I'd say hi!
I am of an age that i cannot be bothered to bounce about - even when deleted in real name - i stuck in my gaming names to FB and just adapted to being real in them ..... glad to hear you have returned - its not quite as astringent as it was at LD and still aware of others like myself - autistic etc who dont like change...... unpaid carer as a young married mother who got deserted in high rise buildings - i lived my own hell and survived even the games of today - I love the magic on and in earth and her inhabitants ........good bless all the good we all find, each and every day x
I'm glad the second pit paid off. You filming in the dark with the head lamp and especially with the storm coming, at times I felt like I was watching a Found Footage horror movie. Some really nice embossing on those bottles; I'm surprised you left so many of them behind. Is there really no collector value in them? I think most of the American bottle diggers I follow would have been thrilled to pull up something that decorative.
hi tom the amber bottle with the cup measurements is a cito bottle over here in the states. the stuff was used for canning fruit. You find them in 1920s and 30s dumps. they are common over here.good luck.
Love that black glass 😎sometimes in Australia you will see someone bring one ☝️ back from the uk 🇬🇧😎everyone loves the English black embossed ales over hear 😎
I never imagined you’d be into D&B, Tom!! Nice touch choosing Valley of the Shadows in the intro!! You’ve just gone even further up in my estimation and I already held you in high regard! I’ll give you a follow on Facebook. Keep the content coming, yours is my favourite channel on YT 👍
As soon as I heard the start of that jingle I was already HYPE as F Tom Origion Unknown : Valley of the shadows Nice Whitbread Beer you found . Sadly I never find complete beers at my local . They always broken . Especially the Whitbreads . Think I only ever found one complete one . Certainly a lot of beer 🍺 ear 👂 Yes the 1/2 Cup bottle is strange indeed . I have one meself , pretty sure they had a specific use . But I cant remember what for now 😂 And a nice Tom duo special on the Militarily badges

Amber Bottle you said was weird that had measurements on it is one I never like to see in a dump I’m digging. It is an American Bottle very common.
I do not know what was in it. I always thought it was beer. I think it’s from 1940s.
Stay safe out there Tom !
Looking good mate glad you still digging if you come across any milk bottles let me know
