There's a remix with Nas on it where he explains Cole didn't let him down at all. You really need to do more Nas too if you're into storytelling. Nas is one of the best ever.
Made Nas Proud
Yes plz
You guys have to watch that.
Nas had me till he started spewing anti-vaxx bullshit
Connor Grenier yea
Now you have to listen to 'Made Nas Proud' which is Nas' response to J. Cole
Please do made nas proud next 😭 it was the Nas response
There's a remix nas did to this song. I know there's a video on youtube that has Let Nas Down & the remix version mixed in together. I recommend you listen to it
Everyday you guys do J.Cole, it makes me extra happy
Damn I really wish you would have done "Made Nas Proud" along with this. It was a beautiful gesture
Uiuuiuiiy ittt
Uiuuiuiiy ittt y
I was just about to comment that they need to do made nas proud now. But I looked at the comments and literally everyone has already commented it. Which has made me proud 😂
Yall GOTTA hear that “3 wishes” by J Cole its a nice, meaningful, and short song its great
TBH they should listen too Lil Nigga and Farewell. 2 BEAUTIFUL songs with a strong and meaningful message
*Isaiah Rashad - Heavenly Father*
Please my guys.
YESSIRRRR
Youre hear every video lol. One dag they'll do it! Keep fighting the good fight!!
Dylan Evans - ✊🏽
Isaiah gets no love! Lol
yo they need to!!!!!!
Work Out was Cole's first major hit but his album 2014 Forrest Hills Drive blew him up to where he is now
His 2013 album was a hit too but FHD made him worldwide star. They bump Love yourz on indian streets
You guys gotta do the remix now with nas. It's great
Its amazing wow really
React to: Frank Ocean - Pyramids
Kid Cudi - GHOST!
Kanye West - Hey Mama
Little Simz - Offence
Kendrick Lamar - HiiiPower
Royce da 5'9" - Cocaine
Lupe Fiasco - Madonna (And Other Mothers In The Hood) (feat. Nikki Jean)
Big K.R.I.T. - Big Bank (feat. T.I.)
Death Grips - I've Seen Footage
N Nasir for pyramids, MV on Vimeo and then the rest of the song on the album!!
Boy Wonder man I remember like it was yesterday when that vid was on youtube lol
Boy Wonder but probably for the best to react to the whole song first, since the first part of the song is pretty much cut from the mv
N Nasir “Yeah whoa whoa!”
Don't worry guys he made Nas proud. Nas spoke his mind on the remix & did the hook. Months after this release so they squashed this issue. Both stronger for it. You should do part 2 sometime down the line.
Please do blue lacces 2 by nipsey hussle he passed away yesterday Rip
BIH Blue Dragon all I know is keep you calm & collected, laughing like “now you gon be finally respected”
I love this song
BIH Blue Dragon He was way too young. I can’t imagine the impact he could have made if he could have grown older
Hustle and motivate is great too
austindvarga9 he made a big impact while he was alive he was the face of the rolling 60s Crips and he did a lot for his community
Mos def- mathematics
Kendrick lamar- hiiipower
YES! MATHEMATICS 👍
Cole says “No I.D. my mentor now let the story begin.” at the end of one verse.
This is a line from Kanye’s ‘Big Brother’ off Graduation, which was a someone similar track about Jay-Z being his mentor, Kanye’s eagerness to impress and his admiration for Jay, but also a very honest reflection on how he approached the early years of his career. Well worth a listen.
Y'all should react to Nas - If I ruled the world
yes pls
Yes!!!!
First of all, thank you guys for doing this video! You don't know how long I've been waiting to see this! there are a few more J Cole tracks that you REALLY need to do and need to hear. I'd say the top three are...
3) '03 Adolescence
2) Love Yourz
1) Lost Ones
* I guarantee you'll really like all three songs, and you'll get massive views from all of us Cole fans. Much respect to the Hardest Working Channel in the Game! Blessings!
Powers Pleasant - Please Forgive feat. Denzel Curry, IDK, ZillaKami, & Zombie Juice!
Great Review! 💪🏻 Keep it Up Guys!!
J. Cole- Power Trip, Lost Ones, Work Out. Not his best songs but i think some of his more important ones that you guys havent done
Lost ones is up there. Has bars, and perspective
i’ve been waiting for y’all to do this video but your comments about what selling out can mean to us all as individuals was actually so timely for my life right now that it genuinely made me realize something.
A year in the making. Thanks for reacting to it
here before a hundred views ayyy lmao
epic song, made me appreciate Cole and his vision for the game since he was still young.
Wow, y’all did a classic!!
Can you plz react to Blue Laces 2 or Double Up in honor of Nipsey Hussle who passed away yesterday.
the boss double up 🙏
Blue Laces 2 PLZZZ
I LOVE THIS. Please continue doing jcole guys
I loved that you finally did "Let Nas down", but you've got to do it as the extended remix which includes Nas' verse "Made Nas proud" so you get the entire context of why this was an amazing moment in hip-hop.
ASAP Rocky ft Rod Stewart - Everyday
You need to react to They Reminisce over you by Pete Rock and C.L Smooth a classic hip hop song 🔥🔥
Now you have to do the response remix by nas
To this day this is one of my favorite J. Cole songs ever. Also, like everyone else is saying the response is really good
Forget all of these comments and react to one of the greats of this generation of Hip-Hop, Nipsey Hussle. Dedication or even racks in the middle are both newer songs and they are amazing.
The born sinner album was dope. In fact y'all should react to the song born sinner
The Higher Brothers Ft Ski Mask the Slump God & Denzel Curry - One Punch Man
KIDS SEE GHOSTS - Cudi Montage
Lil’ Dicky - the Antagonist
Ab-Soul - Womanogomy
Childish Gambino - 3005
Nas Ft Kanye West and The Dream - Everything
you guys should have done the joint one with Nas's reply, so you could have had a full understanding, but happy you did this song
We’re never getting that Kanye - Gorgeous reaction are we?
Back again with Cole 🙏
Rich N*ggaz. Makes you feel some type of way. Great videos btw guys! J cole reactions are my favorite
my favorite j Cole song
Dope! Been waiting for this! Y’all should react to Nas’ reply next though. It’s 🔥
J.Cole 03 adolescence plss
do Lost Ones by J Cole next, it’s a great message and conflict between characters
React to She Knows by J. Cole
Pink matter by Frank ocean
Dark Red by Steve Lacy
8:10 to answer your guys' question, yes and no. Cole would have always had enough fans to make noise but the songs popularity on the radio was a 1st for him. His name started to become a more mainstream artist. Besides his first two mixtapes a lot of people's first exposure to him was this song.
Omg I requested this first
YAAAAS FUCK YES!! I HAVEN"T BEEN SO EXCITED FOR SO LONG.
Awesome reaction! I love these and please keep em coming. For the 27th time, as J. Cole fans you HAVE TO react to J. Cole - Born Sinner feat. James Fauntleroy. It's from the same Album as "I let Nas Down" - Born Sinner. Just easily the best track on the album and one of Cole's best tracks.
Mercy-Big Sean, Kanye West, Pusha T, & 2 Chainz
Man... that outro conversation is right on the money. Especially saying you can sell yourself out by how you treat people
You guys gotta react to Nas' response to this, would be great to see your reactions!
You guys have to react to Nipsey Hussle dedication ft Kendrick Lamar or any other Nipsey Hussle song all he put out are hits. RIP
React to what put Dave on the map, his black box when he was 16/17, spoke with incredible passion on his brother being in prison
The all star game dunk contest was him helping out Dennis Smith Jr, who grew up in the same city as J Cole did and went to NC State (a North Carolina college in the state he’s from) and the all star game was in North Carolina. Dennis Smith Jr was one of the basketball players J. Cole references in his verse on 21 Savage’s “A Lot”. So Dennis Smith Jr wore J. Coles high school basketball jersey and had J Cole help him
If it's sampled or not it's usually put together/created by producers and then given to the rappers or the rappers will ask for something in particular. Usually instruments are done electronically. Idk sometimes it would be actual instrumentation
The hook of “work out” is a from a Paula abdoul song from back in the day
😂I'm waiting for that day when REVENGE OF THE VILLE COMES out 2am lol.
Never knows when this man drops his Albums
He used to play basketball for St.Johns University btw it’s a division one basketball school in a major conference
He dunked on a lob in the celebrity game a few years back too lol but he's 6'4 so that's pretty expected tbh
I feel like you havent reacted to any lil uzi songs, i really recommend 20 min for you, congrats on the growth of the channel, been here since the begining
we all requested the extended version broooo come on......
The saxophone instrumental is a sample from the Nigerian artist/activist Fela Kuti
You should react to nipsey hustle,he was a pillar in the hip hop community and after spending years making his hometown and many other violence stricken areas safer.he was gunned down yesterday at his own store,he paved the way for many of artists in California and all over America,he invested in school programs to make sure kids would be able to get out of poverty and be successful
Made Nas Proud
Ok now you guys have to do the remix
Could you guys go over which Patreon donations would let me have input on what you react to, love the channel and thinking about supporting. Keep it up!
Honestly any song on the warm up or Friday night lights
Nipsey was a west coast legend R.I.P
Thank you
Work out was his first Major hit that was put out from the label and allowed him to jump start his career in the mainstream..... Y’all should watch an interview with J. Cole on the Breakfast club it’s an iconic interview.
that sample is fela kuti - no gentleman
@RockReacts you have to listen to the Nas response, made Nas proud.
A tale of 2 cities!
Almost put my damn finger through the screen hitting like
Yeah you guys have to react to the Nas response to this.
You gotta do made nasty proud, but also Lost ones- jcole great emotional song
React to Keys 2 The City by Nipsey Hussle, RIP a legend
It's funny that you said "Work Out" sounds like a song from the 80's. He actually sampled a 1988 Paula Abdul song called "Straight Up" in order to make that track.
J coleeeee
With great spotlight uh, comes great moonlight uh
Kendrick lamar - hiipower
Nas is literally the best story teller of all time personally he's the goat in my eyes, better than Eminem, Biggie, 2 pac, Mf Doom and loads more
I believe that No ID who is an in house producer for Roc Nation was talking to Nas and he said he didn’t really like the song then No ID called J Cole. I think that’s the call he was talking about
You’ve got to do Made Nas Proud which is a remix nas did to the song explaining that he didn’t let him down
classic 🔥🔥🔥🔥
u have to do the nas responce..its brilliant boys
now you have to do made nas proud, nas’s response
Just a note, the structure of the song is like Nas' "Rewind" on Stillmatic but slower.
Fela Kuti is a Musical genius. He is from Nigeria but he has inspired a lot of Artists. Btw y’all should check the remix of the song with Nas
You should do DaBaby “Suge”, J Cole “can’t get enough”, and if you like storytelling songs then do Dave East “Keisha” and “I found Keisha” those are storytelling
Finally!!!
Nipsey Reaction is needed
Kanye West - Hey Mama
Cos it was Mother's Day last Sunday in the UK
now you guys gotta react to made nas proud (nas’ reply to this song)
Now y’all gotta do made nas proud
J. Cole - LOST ONES
PLEASEEEEEEEEE
Listen to Ain't that east by D'Angelo or the whole Black Messiah album. Classic
Since no one is answering your questions (too busy requesting songs lol) Work out was released in 2011 and was J. Cole's first major hit. It blew and really helped him draw a solid audience for the release of his first studio album Cole World : The Sideline Story
You need to react to blind threats by ScHoolboy Q!!!
6LACK - ( Free, Luving U, Disconnect, Cutting Ties )
Frank Ocean - ( Thinkin' Bout You, Pink Matter, Super Rich Kids )
Kendrick Lamar - ( FEAR, DUCKWORTH, Rapper Sh*t with Ab Soul )
Earl Sweatshirt - ( Burgundy, Hive, Whoa )
Lupe Fiasco - ( Dots & Lines, Prisoner 1 & 2, Hurt Me Soul, Put You On Game )
Ab Soul - ( RAW backwards, Braille, Huey Knew THEN, Threatening Nature )
ScHoolboy Q - ( Groovy Tony Eddie Kane, Ride Out )
Powers Pleasant - Please Forgive feat. Denzel Curry, IDK, ZillaKami, & Zombie Juice
this some fire and I'm not gonna stop till you guys react to it
