I think I'm glad you are getting into looking at entry level speaker pods for motorcycles. As I mentioned previously, this is where I started with pods and built in amp, but I found that when taking apart, the speakers were really not rated over 22 watts, when I blew mine, I spent time trying to find more powerful replacements. I ended up going with making 5.25 pods with db Polk audio. Then onto 6.5 and 6.9 diamond audio and into aswell rockford fosgate. anything over 50 to 100 watt rms is really the area to hear rhe music at highway speed
Boss audio makes about 100 million a yr,they must be doing something right.its overrated crap not overpriced crap like sundown or memphis or ground zero or sounddigital,they are way overpriced.
If sundown or somebody lowered their prices 50 percent they would make a fortune even greater than what they already have and everyone would be slamming.
I have that set and they get the job done. Sound quality is not going to be like your home stereo of course. They are crystal clear which is what I need to be able to hear them at 80 mph flying down the interstate. I like my tunes while riding and these are worth the money for sure.

You Should do reviews on soundbars speakers/pods/wakeboard for UTV/side by side/ATV market since is growing really fast please! 😅😅
how/where do i mount the volume knob or switch?
