3 Years ago, Someone had pressed and crushed near the little toe of my foot with his shoe's tip for 40 minutes, due to which the muscles and nerve of the foot was crushed and a pit has formed, it hurts a lot and feels pain in head also, it is not getting better even after doing many treatments, please tell its treatment.
