    Great video as always mate! I agree with you 100% that snapper like the pressure edge of structure and jewwies sit in behind it when the tide is running. Keep up the great work and enjoy those snapper fillets 👌🎣

    There are some stonker bream in the river. With most people chasing snapper, threadys and jew they don’t face a huge amount of pressure either.

    Hey mate where abouts are you when your snapper got flogged up? New to brissy just curious you kept saying coral didn't think there was that sort of structure around here

    • @martytuckerfishing
      @martytuckerfishing  7 місяців тому +1

      Hey mate, I was up the river. Coral was probably the wrong word to use. It’s all rocky up there where I was fishing for the most part.

    Hey Marty, i just came back from the port fishing this location. I just cant seem to get my sidescan working as well as yours on my hds live unit. What settings do you normally run in these conditions? Cheers!

      Hey mate, it depends on the what the waters like. If the water isn’t too bad I’ll run 800khz but I can imagine it would have been fairly dirty so probably would be best to run at 455khz just to get a bit more distance. When there’s a lot of particles in the water the image often isn’t very clear on 800khz.

    Drop weight

    • @martytuckerfishing
      @martytuckerfishing  8 місяців тому

      I’ve got one and use it often. I still highly doubt that fish would have survived even with a drop weight.
