Love Matt's tip about the bag for the boots! I only have a small area for tack at our barn, so I store a lot in my car...what a great idea to help keep things clean! Matt...you should do a segment with your best grooming/tack tips.

I have seen a few comments on here about Jesse's camerawork. So I am going to put my 5 cents in. The best film I have seen in my life at the cinema was an 'art house' film about the rise to power of Louis the Fourteenth. That was because the camera work made you feel you were not watching a film, but actually there watching events as they took place. Jesse's videos have, to me, the same effect, especially in the recent one at the Spanish horse show. I would never be allowed 'back stage', but now I feel that I have been there. So keep up the good work Jesse.

I absolutely love that mane comb. I grabbed the same one when I returned to riding after decades. What a HUGE improvement over the old school metal type I grew up using. And I would totally kit out my little part-board mare with Matts' line of equestrian accessories...if I suddenly win a lottery! Lol! I have champagne tastes and a beer budget. The only tack I have been able to buy are my stirrups...second hand was $10 Canadian for irons/leathers. Lmao! Matt would physically cringe if he saw how "unmatched" I am...but 3 kids/4 grandbabies have to take precedence. Not complaining...I am extremely blessed. 😀 but it would be fun to be able to shop like Matt..just once..
With all the negative comments about Matt it would almost seem like the people writing them are jealous. If they had the money to go out and purchase things without looking at price tags dont expect me to believe they wouldn't do it the first chance they got. He appreciates how valuable his horses are in terms of investments and as members of his family, which he obviously considers them. Like any parent, he wants the best for his horses and at least you know you won't see his face on tv or thr internet being accused of animal abuse or neglect. For the haters, GET OVER YOURSELVES. For salt, Himalayan rock salt! They love it, it has 86 trace elements. Here in Aus can buy it rough, $2 per kilo only. Matt, you can get pure wool serge stable rugs here, much better for cooling out, and under the rain sheet, remember that old collar-check, white with black and yellow? Also other colours. They're surprisingly not real expensive. Can't wait to see that fabulous horse at home, he looks fantastic, and he's a sweetie.
If Jesse is worried about the wooden handle on the broom, go to a home improvement store and buy some pipe insulation. Put it on the handle it will save your hands from blisters. Oil the handle and it will last longer. I wear garden gloves. Saves my hands.

My dad’s brothers were all horse trainers. They raced Thoroughbreds. IOne uncle bought me aWelch pony when I was in grade school. So I’ve always have had a love for horses. My uncles have all passed as well as my parents. My mom passed at 53 and dad at 70. I wish I knew someone that had a horse that I could visit. I’m going to be 70 this August.
