    Here's the recipe for making "Lauki ka Paratha" using wheat flour, besan, lauki (bottle gourd), carrot, onion, green chili, ajwain, salt, and ghee or refined oil:
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups Gehu Ka Aata (Whole Wheat Flour)
    - 2 tablespoons Besan (Gram Flour)
    - 1/2 cup grated Lauki (Bottle Gourd)
    - 1 medium-sized Carrot, grated
    - 1 finely chopped Onion
    - 1 Green Chili, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
    - 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom Seeds)
    - Salt to taste
    - Ghee or Refined Oil for cooking
    Instructions:
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Gehu Ka Aata (whole wheat flour) and besan (gram flour).
    2. Add the grated lauki (bottle gourd), grated carrot, finely chopped onion, green chili, ajwain (carom seeds), and salt to the flour mixture.
    3. Mix all the ingredients together.
    4. Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a smooth and pliable dough. The moisture from the grated vegetables should be sufficient to bind the dough. Add more water if needed.
