So I have questions what if I wanted to send through text instead email because 9/10 some won’t even open their emails like that? What’s your thoughts on that?
If your clients prefer to receive text messages (I would ask their preference) you can totally use that instead of email! That said, you might be surprised at how many of your clients actually check their emails quite often!
I needed this but my question is, 1. Doesn’t it look desperate for example to start asking for e-mails and texting them? And 2. Aren’t emails very old ? Like who actually still responds to them?
Love these questions. The answer is no and no! 😊 If you give clients an incentive to join your email list - like getting monthly VIP specials and a free gift on their Birthday, they'll love to join. And they're not old at all! I check my email every single day and I bet your clients do, too. We pay more attention to emails than to social posts, typically.
That depends on which email software you use. The clients name will show up in something called a "Merge field" which takes their name and inserts it into the email. Go on Google and search "[your email software name] Merge Fields" and you'll get a tutorial.

How to insert clients name on automation / not manually for everyone?
